Brené Brown, is a research professor at the university of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. She calls herself as Researcher-Storyteller She has spent last ten years of her life in studying Vulnerability, Courage & Shame. She is also an author of a new york times best seller book “Daring Greatly”

In this video she teaches us to express our true emotions all the time. And not to wait to become perfect to do something, rather to just go ahead and do it. In this video she also tells us that Vulnerability is the birth place for Innovation, Creativity & Change. She talks about why being emotionally vulnerable is important for a fulfilling life and why instead of avoiding it, we should embrace it.

Following is one of her famous quotation: “Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.”
