Article 1: Your life is the echo of your thoughts

Universe is not judging you, it is just responding back to you. You are receiving whatever you are sending to the Universe. It's the echo of your thoughts.

During one of my personal coaching sessions with someone, the gentleman shared a very beautiful experience about how everything in life responds back to us. There was a stray dog outside his friend’s house and he always used to bark at his friend badly. His friend also hated that stray dog. Surprising thing was, that stray dog did not bark at others. That dog treated new people also with peace and calmness. However, daily it would bark only at his friend. One day another friend came to his house for the first time and the dog did not bark at the new friend too. In fact dog came, touched his shoes and went away. The host was very surprised and asked his visitor that why the dog barks at him always. His friend asked him, how do you feel about this dog and he said that of course it barks at me and I don't like him to sit near by my house, so I hate his presence here. His new friend explained to him that, this is what you are giving to dog and it is responding back to you in same manner. If you want this dog to stop barking at you, you have to start liking him. First he did not believe but he knew that his friend is a wise one and decided to do as his friend said. It took him 5 days to change his feelings about dog. Eventually he developed compassion for the dog and the day he developed compassion and gave biscuits to dog out love rather than fear, the dog stopped barking at him. In fact after few days, the dog changed its place.

Whatever you are thinking, your energy is changing as per that. Your energy is the centre point and it starts creating similar ripples around you in the Universe. It starts sending same signal to everything around and same energy is invoked in everything around you. Whatever you are invoking, you are receiving back. It's just the echo of your energy which is created by your thoughts. So if we want the response to change we need to change the signal we are sending.

Here are the few thought processes which help in creating a positive vibration:

1. If you think you are healthy, you love health and you create health, you invite more health.

2. If you think you have enough money and so much that you can share with others, you invite more people in your life who would want to share more.

3. If you value yourself, Universe will value you.

4. If you want to add more love, Universe will add more love in your relationship.

5. If you think everyone is bad around you, you will meet more people who will make you see how bad you are.

6. If you feel people keep cheating each other and no one cares, you will always get into more circumstances where you will be cheated and people will care less for your emotions.

There could be 1000 things which could be written here. However, the main thing is fill up yourself with love, keep your focus on love, always feel what more you can give and you will receive all the love and abundance. Be the love your heart desires, fill up this Universe with love and happiness and it will fill up your life with love and happiness.

Article 2: Thoughts backed by emotions has the power to create what you desire

We all have heard that our thoughts become things. Our brain can conceive whatever we desire. If we can think of it, we can do it. But still why things do not happen the way we have been thinking? Why they happen the way we have been fearing?

First of all we need to understand that every thought can be conceived even if it means that we want unlimited abundance, we want the power of the world or anything. We might not know how, but everything can be conceived. But always remember we cannot interfere in someone's free will. You can ask for money but not someone else's money. You can design a dream partner in your mind but you cannot ask for one particular person as he/she has own free will. Once someone asked, how I can attract Madhuri Dixit, well until Madhuri gives you her consent you cannot. She has a desire too. Everything in our thoughts has the power to turn the physical reality. Then why it is not happening?

Well, thoughts are just the seeds and they have no energy. This entire Universe is energy and only energy can alter energy. We are a part of a big energy system. Thoughts do not have energy. It's our emotions which carry our energy. That is why something said from heart always goes and touches our hearts. Let's see it in a simplified manner. Our brain is the mobile phone, the thought is the SIM card in it but it cannot communicate with anyone until there is a signal by the service provider. If we have the signal, we can communicate. If there is an interruption in signal, there would be a problem in communicating and at a place where we have no signal, we cannot communicate. Your mind communicates with the world to bring desired changes into it. However this communication can happen only if there is an enough energy in it which can be produced by our emotions. Often negative things turn out faster than positive desires because our energy of fear is much stronger than energy of happiness.

So whatever you are thinking you can achieve it if it is supported by your heart. Your thoughts can lie, because we know if something is not good or not right, but our emotions would never lie. They would give us the true indication of where our energy is flowing. So watch your emotions and whatever you desire, fill that up with your emotions. A thoughts backed up by emotions is the most powerful tool you have in this world to create a life which you desire.

Article 3: Do you earn money or do you create a mind set for money?

Money! Money! Money! I remember a statement that it is a kind of spiritual snobbery to think that we do not need money. Everyone needs money to satisfy daily needs. I wonder why we are taught that money is a bad thing. We need money but we are conditioned to think that if we think of money we are not good human beings which creates a feeling of guilt inside us whenever we think of money. We feel bad when we ask for money from someone even in return of our services. Similarly we feel bad even of the person who asks upfront. We have a negative feeling attached with the word money minded. Why being money minded is so bad? It is actually not bad! We need money to live a healthy and comfortable life. We need money to go around and take care of our loved ones.

If I want to call someone to ask how that person is doing, I need money to express my emotions too. Or else how would I afford that phone and pay the bill for that call. So if money is that important why do we look down at money? May be we are told that the ultimate purpose of this life is to find God and if we are attached to money we can't find God. So we try to detest what we want most and we create a complicated pattern of thoughts. However, if I go by Maslow’s theory, you cannot reach to self-actualization until all your needs are satisfied. So the truth is we cannot reach to God until we are satisfied at base level and if we keep detesting what we need most, we can never grow out of it. So first of all stop feeling bad about desiring abundance and start creating a mind-set of abundance so that you can live a happy, healthy and prosperous life. So what are the thoughts which stops us from living a life of abundance and can help us in getting rid of a mind-set of scarcity. So that we can live an abundant life.

1. Whatever you are thinking, you are creating in life. That includes your financial status too. Once a gentleman said, “I feel I am never short of money and whatever I need comes to me. So I never have overflow of money but whenever I need something money comes before that. Even if someone asks for extra money I would have that too.” This is what someone said and this how he had the flow of money.

2. Do not feel guilty about desiring money. In fact, be happy and open about how much money you need that includes not only your basic desires but also the luxuries you desire. If you can’t accept your desire why would Universe do?

3. Decide on the work that you want to do to earn that money, and then do not shake. Do everything to earn that money. Do not accept no for an answer. Keep digging until you hit the Gold Mine.

4. Feel happy when you spend money. Instead of feeling that Oh, My God, so many expenses, feel happy that you are earning and you have enough to pay your bills. Feel grateful. A millionaire will never feel bad about spending money.

5. There is never a wastage of money. Someone said that when Subroto Roy wasted so much of money when he spent 500 Crores in his son’s wedding, if he would have helped poor with that, how much good he could have done. Now the big question is why do we think that he did not help. He gave business to so many people. They gave further employment to so many. Why do we think only charity is the best way. He also adopted 1000 villages and developed them. When we feel bad when others spend that money, we would feel bad even for the money which we would be spending. Universe wants us to be happy, so why would Universe make us go through a situation which would make us feel bad i.e. spending luxuriously.

6. There is no competition, there is no scarcity. No one can take away your share. This Universe is ever expanding and creating. Hold onto the belief that this Universe is abundant and can supply equal abundance to everyone.

7. Always believe that money comes to you easily and you always have more opportunities.

8. Do not try to hoard money, in fact let it flow in every way.

9. Be grateful for what you have and what you want to have.

10. Share as much as you can. Do not try to use only for yourself. Be happy you have more than what you need so that you can share with others. Never step back from a situation which gives you a chance to help others.

Money is to be loved and lived not detested. If you detest money, why would it come to you? Have a mind-set of abundance and enjoy the life of abundance.

Article 4: Prepare your food with the highest intentions of love, as this is what you are made up of

During a workshop on power of intentions, a gentleman shared a small life experience. Few years back, he started getting dreams that he is searching for a house in a slum area along with his wife. They used to wonder why they have been getting such dreams. One day their maid who used to cook for them asked for some money. She shared that she had been searching for a house for many days where she would not have to pay any advance but she has been unable to find one. But now she has to shift and she does not have any other option but asking for financial help. The coupled looked at each other in bewilderment and finally decided to share the money which she needed. Immediately from next day those dreams stopped.

Another gentleman shared the story which happened with his friend. His friend was travelling and his wife was alone for few days. When he was not at home, two gentleman came who used to work on energy, so they were very sensitive to any kind of energy. When they started eating food, they started getting thoughts of intimacy. They immediately pushed the food aside and asked the lady that what she was thinking while cooking. She was really embarrassed. They did not say anything after that and left without eating that food.

We all are vibrational beings of energy and our energy is transferred through our thoughts. Whatever we are thinking is going into whatever we are doing or thinking about, our energy is going into that. So if someone is happy and he is thinking about someone, his happy thoughts will reach to that person. If someone is sad or scared, his same thoughts would get transferred. Similarly, whatever we are thinking while preparing food, our energy is getting transferred into the food and who so ever would eat that food, would experience same thoughts. That is why generally, people ask to eat the home cooked food and prepared by someone who loves like mother or wife. When a mother prepares food, she always has thoughts that my child would become healthy and prosperous after eating this food. That is why while eating that food, we feel contentment. Similarly when we are eating, whatever we are thinking gets to the food and it creates our body. That is why it is said that avoid any harsh thoughts like watching a violent film on TV while eating food. Do not allow your kids to watch violent cartoons while eating their food. Every word which we think or use has an impact on how we feel. Any harsh word would create same energy. So here are the things which we can be careful about:

1. Try to prepare food after you have filled up yourself with happy and loving thoughts. Try to avoid cooking when you are angry.

2. It is always not possible to eat at home, so when you eat outside or even at home, release the intentions that it would fill up your body with love and health.

3. Try to avoid watching TV while eating food.

4. DO not have heated arguments while eating food, keep the conversation positive and loving.

5. Be grateful for the food you are eating. Do not worry about any type of thing while eating like who prepared it, its oily etc. When you are eating be happy and grateful to have it.

We can change our lives for better by bringing in small changes. We can transform not only our life but the lives of our loved ones by simple things. So be happy, be loving.

Article 5: A limiting belief will limit life. Expand your thoughts to expand your life

A person who was running a cloth mill said that I can't handle my business. Why? Because I feel that clothe is an unlucky product for me. I can never do big in this business. I asked him who told you so. He replied that one astrologer had said so. I told him that if you keep thinking like this, you will never do well in your business anyway. First of all you should be grateful that you have a business and second thing you should be thinking that how you can grow this business rather than then thinking that it would never suit you. Your work is always your extension and expresses you.

If you think it can never grow, it would not. If you will be persistent and honest and deal it with love, it would always grow. He understood the point and started thinking that yes this is the business and he has been given an opportunity to work through same. Within one year, his business started turning around and doing well. He was limiting the growth of his business by setting a limiting belief on himself but as soon as he lifted his belief, his business started growing. Another gentleman, who had relationship issues, visited so many astrologers and everyone told him it can never workout. Everyone predicted divorce for him. They lived separately for 5 years. When he decided that he wanted his family and would do anything to get them back in his life, he started doing everything he could to make the relationship healthy. After one year they shifted together and he got his family back.

I would not say any horoscope or any astrologer is a fraud. I cannot say all these things are not true. However, our lives revolve around our beliefs. If we have limiting beliefs like that I cannot do this, I can never do this, bad things happen to me, if I say this to anyone, my growth would stop etc. Any limit you have set in your belief, same limit you have created in your life. Whatever you want in life you can get that, if you believe so. Like a relationship, business, love, health or anything. Start telling yourself like:

1. I grow in business everyday
2. I have healthy relationships
3. I am healthy and my health grows every day
4. I share love freely
5. I am loved
6. I am helped in every step of my life

It's like whatever you want to achieve in life, instead of surrounding yourself with fear, start telling yourself you can do it. Whatever you put after the words " I am " plays most important role in your life. Always remember. You are creating your life with what you believe in. However, we don't realize that we are doing it. You are an infinite being and you have the infinite power if you would believe in.

We all have heard that we should be grateful for what we have, we should always thank God. We should count our blessings and gratitude has power to heal everything. If you are being grateful for what you have, then you are entitled for more. But should we be grateful for that? Why gratitude is so powerful? Why looking at what we have brings more of what we want. Why it expands?

Let's say, there are two sides of the Universe. Half of the Universe is flowing with abundance, the brighter side and the other half of the Universe is flowing with lackness, the darker side. Now it is our freewill to choose the side. We can be on the brighter side, however, it is our thoughts which decide the flow of life. This entire Universe is an energy system and energy vibrates. Everything is working as per the energy flow of this Universe. The darker side is lower vibration of same energy on the brighter side. If we keep our vibrations high enough, we get into the brighter side. Or if we start feeling low, we think of negatives more, we start coming to the lower side of the graph. Now what Gratitude does is it helps us in focusing on what we have, making us realize that we have a lot, shifting our focus from what we do not have to what we have and this starts taking our energy on the brighter side. Which puts us into the Universal flow of abundance. However, if we focus on what we do not have, our energy starts getting lower and we become a part of darker flow of Universe which flows with lower energy.

So to start with, it is about filling up your life with love and joy to keep your energy high enough to be in the flow of abundance. Gratitude is one of the ways to be on that side. So when you wake up in the morning, start counting what you have, start looking at all the good things happening. When you retire to bed, do not think of one bad thing that happened in the day, count all the good things which have happened. You are the Universe, you are creating everything with your thoughts. So keep them positive and full of love to create a better life for yourself.

Article 9: Let money be in flow to get into the flow of Universal abundance

We were on a trekking trip and we all were tired. We wanted to sit and relax. On the way, we saw a small pond, which was stinking badly. People had started throwing garbage also in it, which made it stink further. The smell around was so foul that we could not even stand there. We walked out faster than we could from that area. After sometime, we saw a water fall and we all started jumping under that. We were splashing water on each other, on our faces and enjoying. We were tired but suddenly everyone was jovial and full of energy. Fresh water had filled us up with a new wave of energy. It was fresh because it was flowing and we all wanted to be in that. That is the power of flowing energy. Everything in this Universe is an energy and if it is in flow, it would always be fresh and would bring in more fresh energy. But if it is stacked up, it would start stinking and would further start attracting more garbage from everyone around. It would become a dumping ground.

Similarly, money also is an energy which needs to be in flow. If you try to lock it, it would start stinking. Why something would like to stink if you do not even want to step nearby any stacked up thing. So if you try to hoard money it would start evading you. Moreover, it’s like, if you enter into a room and someone locks it, you will do anything to come out and would come out on the first opportunity. After that you would never like to step inside that room out of the fear of being locked. But if you have the freedom to come and go from the room at your will, you would like to visit it again. Now, sometimes people want to hoard money, in fact they keep the money locked. I am not saying that you should not save for future, but a mind-set, which has a thought process of greed and says that no one should see my money, I should keep it locked, I should stack it up etc, will always make money elude you. More you spend, more it will come. You can invest and put the money into flow. But a mind-set of hoarding will make money run away from you.

If you visit any holy place, and you have a river passing through that city, the water comes and goes and the city always have enough water in the river. Even if we have been taking out buckets of water from that river, the river is never short of water. It keeps coming. Similarly, if you are in flow rather than stocking it, does not matter how much you will take out, more would be coming in. It can reduce only when you think of hoarding. Then you will be afraid that it would deplete. But if you have money in flow, it would not deplete. Fresh water would always keep coming in keeping it fuller always.

Article 10: Do you believe that you deserve what you want?

One gentleman said that I want to increase sales in my company, can you help with that. I said I do not know anything about your line of business, so how can I help. I have no network like that. No, you have helped me in making relationship with my wife better, you never knew her. Similarly, can you help me in making my relationship better with my business? Hmmm, that is possible and worth an effort. Ok, so how much sales you are making every month, and he replied Rs 1000000 (10 Lakhs). And how much you want to reach this year? He said that I want to start making a sales of Rs 50 lakhs every month now. I asked him are you prepared. If someone starts giving you an order of Rs 50 lakhs, can you handle? He thought for a while and said that no. I cannot. So if you will receive the order, you will fail. He was looking down at the table. If you get an order and you do not fulfil that, would it spoil your name in the market? He replied in an affirmative manner. So by not giving you order that big, God is doing you a favour and he nodded. Now tell me, do you deserve an increase in sales. He said that I want it. You want it, that is a separate thing, but do you deserve that? And he said that I know I have not worked hard in my life, I spend only 2-3 hours in my office and I know I am at the lowest level in my family. Everyone comes and treats me like I am no one even the servants. So you think that you do not deserve? And he said that no I do not deserve and I can’t handle also. I don’t think I can even make that kind of sale ever in my life! So how do you think you will start making more sales, if you think you do not deserve that? He was kind of shocked to hear this. That was the first step towards improving his relation with his business where his thought process was not in alignment with what he wanted.

So many times, we have desires and we feel they are very big. Because as per us they are very big so we feel we do not deserve them. Reason could be any. May be child hood conditioning, may be everyone has told us, may be others have failed and we see them as our ideal or could be anything. One very funny thing I have seen is, people buying good clothes and keeping them for special occasions. So we tell ourselves, we do not deserve those clothes always? We are afraid of spending money on ourselves and when we spend we feel guilty. Why, because we have been told so? But do we realize, we restrict our freedom with money with all such things and we keep telling ourselves, I do not deserve this. I do not deserve good clothes, I do not deserve to treat myself properly and many things like that. Is it fair? If we feel same, who else can treat us good?

So whatever you desire in life, have courage to work for it, set a plan, follow that, if you need to ask for help, ask and believe that you deserve it. You have every right to live in abundance. You are a loving child of God and you deserve everything which a child of God should get. However, you need to believe first that you deserve it. Always tell yourself, I deserve what I want and I am ready to work for it. I work for what I want and I get what I want.

Same gentleman when realized what he was feeling, started preparing himself for bigger sales. He told himself that I deserve it and I can get it. He prepared the apt machinery, hired sales man with 100% optimism. His sales doubled in 2 months and he started working harder. He could increase the sales only when he believed that he deserved it. So believe that you deserve what you want and get it.

Article 11: To change what you are receiving you need to change what you are giving

Let's take a situation. There are 4 guys who have given equal amount of Rs 5,000 to an orphanage. First one thought that it would help him in squaring out his Karma and earn some good Karma so he has given. Second one said that it would help him in saving tax, so he had given. The third one gave to earn a name in charity who got his name announced in a function and it made his chest swell with pride. The fourth one said that I want to help these small children, so he had given. Now, from outside the action looks same but from inside the intentions are different. So the result of same in their lives would be different. We are receiving whatever we are giving. Our actions are defined by our intentions. That is why when a stranger slaps a child, it is not forgiven, but when a mother slaps a child it is looked upon as an action of love. Because we all know that she must have a loving intention in her heart while doing so. 4th person is the only one, who had given in true sense. I do not want to talk about karmic cycle, but I would want to talk about our intentions as this is what is in our hands. It can be explained in this scenario, that how powerful our intentions are and how it can change our lives. I had gone to a program conducted by an NGO with some group of friends. We all received few free gifts from them and we were supposed to make a donation as per our choice. There was no fixed amount to be donated. We all had given as per our choice. There was a guy in the group who was going through some financial problems. He had Rs 200 in his pocket. He said that I have Rs 200 and I want to give half of what I have. He gave Rs 100 in donation. The amount looked small, but for him it was half of what he had given. Things changed, in next 2 days, he received Rs 2,00,000 from different sources. Now he did not give with this intention, he simply gave to support them from whatever he had.

There is no other god than the God we have inside us. There is no one who is keeping an account of what we are doing. It is our own soul which is keeping this account and that is why whatever we are giving, we are receiving back. Giving is not limited only to money, it is love, smiles, hugs, help which you are sharing with everyone. So always remember few points while you are giving:

1. Always pay with a loving intention. While paying money, do not feel bad or do not feel that the other person is cheating you. When you are paying, have an intention that this money brings more happiness and love in his love. Do not forget, it is circulating and is coming back to you again.

2. Give with an open heart. Do not create any blockage. Do not given with an expectation.

3. Share as much as you can from whatever you have. Do not wait for 1,00,000 to share 100. Share from whatever you have.

4. If you can’t share money sometime, at least have an intention, pray for that person at least.

5. Share love and happiness in everything you are doing.

Be love, share love and receive love.

Article 12: What you have achieved today was once thought by you. What you will think today will be achieved by you in the future. Keep thinking and keep creating.

A 19 years old boy owns an Audi 8 and BMW 5 Series. I explained him the power of thoughts and how we conceive what we think. First he was doubtful but then he accepted that since his childhood he used to have pictures of these cars on his wall and he used to watch their videos too. It helped him in believing that whatever goals he would set for himself for future, he can achieve them, does not matter how big they appear. Another gentleman said that 5 years back he had thought that he would expand his father's business and make it double. In 5 years he had two offices and employee strength was double than what was 5 years back. One girl had thought that she would want to get married to a fair guy who has own business. When she got married her husband had a fair complexion but was in a job. She used to be disappointed but after one year things happened and he lost his job. After two years of struggle he could establish his own business and after 15 years, he was setting up an international office. When she looked back, she accepted that this is how she had wanted since the child hood.

Often we create desires and we forget them and even when they happen, our focus has changed or those desires may not be so relevant and we forget that this is how we had desired. But if we look back, we would realize that we had thought of these things, however, we could not think of how as that is never in our hand or may be how was different than how we had thought. When we do not realize this power, we stop believing in our own power of thoughts and power of creation. We get busy in daily hustle bustle and we start living in a flow. We lose the biggest blessing we have been given by God. We have the power of creation which can happen with own thoughts. We focus so much on what we do not want that we lose our focus from what we want in life. If we want a happy relationship, we focus on problems in that, if we want a promotion in office, we focus on problems in office, may be sometimes we create a jealousy also for others, and when things do not happen as per us, as we lacked to create a pure thought, we think it cannot happen. In reality, we have failed to create a pure thought which is focused on what we want. So think over what you want, focus on same and start creating. let Universe assist you in the process of creation and you assist in Universal process of creation. Keep thinking, keep creating. You are a powerful creator. You can create your own life.

Article 13: Universe is echoing your thoughts. You are receiving whatever you are sending. Make sure you send what you want to receive in life.

A 65 years old gentleman was feeling very lonely and frustrated. He said that I always do good to people but in the end I hear only bad things about me. People do not like me and they do not appreciate me enough. It seems like everyone is so bad. I wonder why people are so bad, why can't they see that I am doing good to them. Instead of acknowledging my efforts they talk bad about me. Everyone is so egoist and they have so much ego, they cannot appreciate others. He was on a never ending spree. He got an opportunity to vent out his feelings. As he was proceeding, I could feel that he did not have very good opinion about people. From inside he had been cursing everyone and from outside his actions were not in alignment with what he was feeling. He was having lots of conflicts in his mind and this is what he was creating in his life despite of different actions. I asked him that why do you help people and he said that they need help. But they do not need your bad thoughts so why do you help people? Do you help them to help them or do you help them to get acknowledged? Do you help them because they need help or to listen good about yourself? He was shocked and taken aback. He thought for a while and was feeling ashamed to answer. He knew the answer and his silence answered my question. I further asked him, so you have been helping people and all this time you have been feeling bad about them? He nodded his head in an affirming manner. So now, do you know why people think bad of you irrespective of your actions? He could not understand. So this is how things happen.

You take a flower next to your nose and inhale its fragrance. It reaches your mind and tells you it is beautiful. YOu start feeling beautiful and all your senses start feeling happy about the flower. We all are a part of this one big Universe. You send an input to the big brain of the Universe that is God with whatever you are thinking and if it is a pleasant one, similar experience starts reaching to the rest part of the Universal body. If it is an unpleasant input, brain would not filter that, it would send similar signal to rest of the senses. It is not the output which has to be changed, it is the input which needs to be changed to change the experience of output in various body parts. So if you have been thinking bad about people, does not matter what you are doing because real flower never reaches to brain, it's only the signal which reaches to brain, similarly, real action never reaches to the big brain of this Universe, it is only the stimulus which reaches and produces the experience. So if your stimulus is good, it will create a good output but if your stimulus is not so good, it would create same.

So what should I do to change my input?

1 Make a commitment to think only good about people, if any negative thought starts coming in, change your thoughts. Tell yourself positive things.

2. Make an effort to find positive things in a person and think of those things. It would take some time to retrain your mind as it has been thinking otherwise.

3. Feel love for people. Use the word love more often. I love this person, I love Earth, I love his action. I love this quality in him.

4. Repeat more loving thoughts in your mind and a simple repetition of I love you in mind will start changing your relations.

He followed and within few days he could see the change in people's behavior towards him. We all are creating our lives, we all are creating our relationships but we just do not realize how we have been doing so. So create love and your life would be full of loving experiences.

Article 14: In every moment you are creating your next moment. If you would realize how powerful you are, you would only use your power to create a better life.

One gentleman wanted to improve relations with his wife. He wanted a loving and harmonious relationship. However, as soon as he would enter his home, the fights and arguments would begin. He started feeling scared of going home and this stressed him further. He loved his wife a lot but it was becoming impossible for him to stay together with her. He did not know what to do. His wife is oblivion. She had no idea of what her husband was going through. When he took help, he realized that his every moment focus on the problems is creating more problems. His very thoughts of issues were creating more issues. So what is the solution. He said that it is impossible for him to think of having a beautiful relationship right now. So we did an exercise. We started from all the best moments of the past. He felt good about them. After that best things which his wife has been doing like taking care of home, family, helping people etc. His focus shifted to his wife's best qualities rather than the bad things about her. He realized his wife was over stressed and she needed a break from everything. He took her for along holiday and she started relaxing. During the holiday he realized she has been working day and night to take care of the home and no one has even acknowledged her efforts. This brought a change of heart on his side. Whatever are our feelings, we create energy for same. That starts effecting energy for other people. He also wanted to make sure he has a positive thought process so he started telling himself, we love each other. We like being each other. His focus shifted from fights to love and miraculously it healed their relationships. His wife did not shout at him. Similarly, another gentleman, who was facing business problems called up before leaving for a business trip. I asked him what is your target today and he said that to get some sales. How much? He could not think of a figure and I asked him again. He said that you give me a figure and I told him, do not come back without selling 200 boxes. Sit quietly and think that in the evening you are calling up to tell me same. The day passed and he called up next morning He asked me if I am available for lunch as he wanted to treat me. Over the lunch he was jumping with joy and told me that he sold 170 boxes and he could not share previous day but he was thinking that if he could sell some 20-30 boxes. He could sell 170 boxes as he had created that in his mind before leaving and he started using same power before every business trip which helped him in designing his business.

Everything in life is created by us whether we realize that or not. If we would realize that how powerful we are, and how we can create our lives or let's say we are already doing that, just that we do not realize it, we would like to use the power we have only to create own better life. Few things which can help us in improving this power are..

1. Any negative thought will have a negative impact on our lives.

2. Our intentions are very critical in designing the desired result

3. Love, happiness, forgiveness, gratitude will always help us in facilitating the life in a positive way

4. When you want best for everyone, best would happen to you

5. More you would share with people, more Universe shares with you.

6. More you follow the path of love, more peaceful you would be.

Article 15: Have you counted your blessings today?

Thank you for a happy, healthy and prosperous day. Thank you for all your support. Thank you for all your love. Thank you for giving me strength to be your child. Thank you for a beautiful life. Thank you for being with me and being my guide on every step of life. Thank you for accepting me as your child. Thank you for giving me a chance to do what I am doing.

There is so much to be grateful for in life and it is always there even when we feel we have nothing to be grateful for. Even when we feel we are sitting on a sand dune in a desert and we feel we have nothing and we are dying of thirst, still we are alive and if we are alive we are being watched over. That faith itself is enough to revive everything in our life. There are two ways to live and one is to see how many problems I have, how dark is the weather or to see how blessed I am. How sunlight is trying to come out from the clouds to reach to us and give us the warmth on a cold morning. We can see everything as a blessing or everything as a problem. If we would see everything as a blessing, we would be at peace, we would be happy and we would start feeling abundant. More and more we feel we are happy and abundant more and more we get into the Universal flow of happiness and abundance. Whatever we are thinking we are sending that as a signal to Universe. Whatever we are giving we are receiving. Universe just starts responding back to whatever we start sending. It will never judge. it will only respond back to the energy we are sending in the form of our thoughts and feelings. So it is up to us what we want to receive. All we need to do is change what we are sending and for that first and easiest step is to start realizing how blessed we are.

In life whenever you feel you lack something, always start looking at what all you have and see the beautiful things around you. Even a look at beautiful birds and flowers can make us realize that the life is beautiful even when we feel there is nothing around, we are always surrounded by the beauty. So start your day by counting your blessings and end your day with same. If you want to be happy, count your blessings, if you want to grow count your blessings. If you want to sleep peacefully, count your blessings. Keep counting and they would keep increasing.

Article 16: Any negative thought is a blockage in your path to what you desire. Forgive everyone, feel grateful and be happy.

We had organized a workshop on power of thoughts and everyone was excited to know that we can create whatever we desire with our thoughts. People came up with funny questions like if I want a big Mansion I can have that in life or if I want a dream girl can I marry her? Can I buy a sports car ever in life even if I am not earning any money right now? There were lots of questions like these and the answer to every question is yes. a big YES! But then we have always thought of such things, then why are we unable to get what we desire?

There are few things. First of all Universe is reciprocating whatever we are thinking. Universe is not evaluating what is negative and what is positive. We are creating our world with every moment of our thoughts. If positive thoughts have an affect on our lives, negative thoughts also have an affect on our life in same way. So we block our own growth with that.

Second thing is, if we have thought of something persistently, it is created. Now if we lose focus on that, then we might not reach there. May be someone else, who would match this frequency would get that. How? To simplify this, let's assume, you want to goto Mumbai via train from Delhi. You bought a ticket, and you board the train. Now, if you keep sitting in train, you would reach to Mumbai. But if you get down due to any reason, then you would not reach Mumbai. Now because you have left your seat does not mean, someone else will not occupy that seat. Someone who would need the seat and would find it, would reach to Mumbai on your seat.

So how we are blocking our desires with our thoughts? If I give you a task of writing all your thoughts in a day, you would be surprised to know that negative thoughts are more in number than positive thoughts. Now let's assume every negative thought is like a barricade you are supposed to over come to reach to your desire. More are the negative thoughts, more are the barricades. So if you want to have a smoother road, you need to erect lesser number of barricades.

So how do we do that? It can only be done with love. When the wave of love comes in, it has the power to wash away every blockage. So forgive everyone, be grateful for what you have instead of feeling lack, pray for everyone's happiness and feel happy for yourself. More and more you are happy, more and more you are loving yourself and this Universe, smoother is the path to manifestation. Smoother is is your road to what you desire.

Article 17: You manifest your awareness of who you are. When you become aware of your presence in the desired state, you become that.

One gentleman was having relationship problems. He was 40 and was not married. He have had few relationships but they did not last for long. He always felt that this way he would never get married. He wanted a relationship and he was trying his best to get one and retain one but was unable to. He kept manifesting a partner who reflected his feelings of insecurity. He wondered if all the girls in this world are same and how can others be married and have a happy life. He felt bad when he saw others married life and felt further bad when someone asked him his age and if he was married. All the time he was feeling bad for being single. However, things changed when he started appreciating everyone's married life and started accepting himself and then feeling contended within himself. He realized that first he had to become complete to attract completeness in life. He started opening upto new side of life and instead of feeling frustrated and lack of relationship, he created a complete relationship with himself. His feeling that I have everything and I am loved because he had started loving himself, started attracting girls in his life. He got married within one year to a nice girl and within few months his wife was pregnant too. He could not attract a relationship till the time he was feeling he could not have one. When he started feeling that he is complete, he attracted a relationship which completed him. There was another gentleman who was going through stress issues always felt that his family is crazy and people keep fighting all the time. Because of this he always felt very restless. He was scared of entering into home because he felt that again there would be an altercation. His feeling of stress was creating further stress and he was stuck in a circle and felt that there is no way out from all this. He met a sage and the sage advised him to spend one hour in the morning meditating on own thoughts. More and more he started connecting with own thoughts, discarding stressful thoughts and feeling the peace within, more and more he could feel the peace around him. Within a month he started feeling peaceful from inside and he observed that the altercations at home also had stopped. Even if something happened, it happened in his absence and he was not a part of same. His very peaceful feeling attracted same peace around him. One gentleman had a very established business in Assam and because of local hooligan attacks sometimes on labor and family, he left Assam and all his business. He shifted to Mumbai to establish his new base. He left Assam with very little capital and started a new life in Mumbai from a small rented apartment. Within few years he became a famous Realtor and builder. Not to say, he was again at the same abundance level. His awareness about abundance created abundance even when he had to start everything again.

Life is simple. We attract who we are and what we feel. Our feelings are an exchange of energy with the Universe. That is why, whenever we feel bad inside, we do not want to do anything as that is how Universe is communicating with us. It is guiding us through our feelings. If we are feeling good about a new thing in life, we know, it is the right thing to go ahead. Universe also responds to our feelings without judging them or let's say it is reciprocating our feelings. Whatever we are feeling we are manifesting that in life and that is why when we feel low, suddenly we would feel all the bad things are happening and when a person is on upstream, he would see all the positive events in life. All the things are there every time, but our feelings have opened them to us. So whatever we want in life, if we are able to feel that inside us, we would be able to see that around us too. Or let's say, outside life is the projection of inside life. It will not be in contradiction. Whatever we would be feeling inside, we would see around us. So for a person who is desiring peace, he has to start feeling peaceful. A person who is desiring abundance has to start feeling abundant. A person desiring love has to start feeling loved. It cannot work from outside to inside, it always works from inside to outside.

To create the feelings which we desire, we can follow a simple practice. Whatever we put after “I am” becomes the most powerful thing in our lives. Start telling yourself what you desire. I am happy, I am peaceful. I am loved and I share love. I am abundance and I enjoy wealth. I am one with God and God loves me. Our mind is very powerful and it can exchange any energy with the Universe to create what we desire. If our mind would be able to believe, we would see it happening too.

Article 18: Your emotional blockages will block your money too!

One gentleman had a bad relationship with his mother. She was a very busy lady so she could not give him enough time and because of that he always felt deprived of love. He grew up with servants and always felt that working women should not get married. He always misbehaved with his mother till the time she died. He had an argument with her on her last day too. He was leaving for another country and after he landed there he got to know that his mother passed away. He could not get immediate tickets back home and she was cremated without his presence. It jolted him badly and he went into emotional guilt. As he started slipping into guilt, his professional life also started getting blocked. He lost his job, started business and it failed too. It kept on going down for seven years and finally he decided to take professional help to deal with his emotions. He started resolving his emotions and after one year he felt lighter. As he started resolving his emotions, his finances also started improving. In another incident one gentleman when got blessed with his first baby, he started saying that his daughter is very lucky for him. After she was born, he won new contracts and few of the stuck projects started moving. He started saying it to everyone that their work also would start moving as his daughter is there now. But it did not affect other’s lives much. He was a very happy person and the joy in his heart had the capacity to unblock many things in his life.

Often we are told that the flow of money in one’s life depends on karma, destiny and many things which we feel we have no control over. Everything might be playing a role but amidst all this, we overlook the part which is under our control. Because we have no control over few factors, we give up our control over the things which we can control. Yes, we do have a control over emotions and the feelings which we have. Any negative thought, any negative feeling will go and block our channels. Deeper are the emotions, deeper would be the impact. We have also heard of a small adage that happy goes lucky and it truly explains what we are trying to understand here. A happy person and his emotion of joy will have the tendency to get lucky because he is not holding the emotions which would block his channels. State of joy is our true state and everything positive happens in the state of joy. However, due to our daily stress and life situations, we live in any state but a state of joy. To be in state of joy, we need to retrain our mind, so that we can live in state of joy. Another thing which we need to understand here is, if we go by Hindu Mythology and treat Money as Goddess Laxmi, why would a Goddess like to come to an unhappy place? Would we like to go to an unhappy place? If we would not like to goto a place, where we only see arguments and stress and we would like to go where we can feel peace and happiness, even Goddess would like to go to a place which is a happy abode. So higher is the state of joy, higher would be the flow of money. So how we can maintain that state of joy, irrespective of what we have around us?

First of all we need to spend time with self and analyse own thoughts. We need to understand, what is bothering us and why it is bothering us. After spending some time with own thoughts we would realize there are so many things which do not matter at all. Once we realize that, we would be able to release many thoughts which have been occupying space in our mind. Once a lady who was married to a financially sound man and had two sweet healthy children was shouting at her servants that I have too much stress in my life and I cannot spend my energy on servants all the time. When she was questioned about what stress she has, she was shocked and accepted that she had no reason to feel stressed about. She was blessed with money, good health and a happy family. She accepted that very few in this world would be blessed like her. More and more she started realizing this, happier she became. Often we hold stress for no reason or for the things which have no value. When we start thinking deeply we are able to release that stress. So it is very important to start spending time with self and keep working on own thoughts.

Another very important thing we need to do is to keep feeding our mind with positive thoughts. We can make a special effort for the same like spending time with children, reading positive quotes and books, entertaining self and respecting self for who we are. We need to refuse to think negative. If a negative situation is happening, it becomes our prime responsibility to keep the mind positive because the negativity would impact our lives only.

Moreover, we can start connecting with the nature. More and more we connect with the five elements of nature, more and more we would always be healed. Whenever two energies come in touch with each other, they try to create a balance. Now, nature’s energy will not come down, so our energy starts rising, which would heal our physical, mental and emotional health. A healthy person is always happier than an unhappy person. So we need to stay close to nature. We can go for fresh air in the morning, connect with Earth, take a bath in ocean if possible and we can connect in various ways.

An emotionally healthy and happy person would always create better money flow in his life.

Article 19: Do not own the disease. Focus on health and your health will start improving.

One 45 years old gentleman said that I have a sensitive foot. It keeps getting hurt and if I stand for 15-20 minutes, then it would pain for the entire night. I can't walk or stand for a long time. While saying this his foot was aching. I asked him, if he has been telling this to himself all this while and he accepted. And I told him that then it would keep happening again and again. He was shocked to hear this and he asked so what should I do because it is happening. He said that it hurts so badly that he can’t stop thinking and talking about same. I told him simply change your instructions pattern. And he asked how it could be done? I explained to him that seems like you have started identifying with pain so much that you have started possessing it. You are not letting it go away. He insisted saying but it is there and I said that release it. Finally he agreed to do as I would say. We went to a park and he sat on the ground. The grass was little wet and he was hesitant. But he had promised so he abided by that. As soon as he sat, he started feeling very heavy. He had gone there to establish his connection with Earth and it started happening. First he thanked Earth, Air, water, sun and Ether for helping him in releasing the pain. He started feeling like something is flowing towards Earth. He started repeating only one thing "Thank you for healthy feet". After 30 minutes of sitting on ground and meditating on Thank you for healthy feet, we got up to leave. He felt better and within three days he reported that his pain was healed. All this while he kept repeating “Thank you for healthy feet”. Since then he has not reported any problem in his feet and he enjoys a healthy walk.

We are a part of big energy system and we manage our energy through our thoughts and feelings. Any change in feelings will change our energy. Sometimes a negative thought may create a blockage in our energy system which appear as one or other ailment. However, if something has happened, does not mean it has to repeat also. Any disease, any pain which has come, can be released and should be released. Generally whenever something happens, we get stuck on that. First it has never happened to me before and then we say I have this pain, I keep getting this etc. We start identifying with the blockage and unconsciously we spread that. More we focus upon that more it would spread. Like it has never happened before, it does not have to happen in future too. However, for that we need to release it. For that we can simply connect with the five elements of nature as they are pure and release the problem. Energy when gets into touch with another energy form, they create a balance. So when we connect with a purer energy of nature, our energy starts rising, which starts healing our mind, body and soul. Along with that we can simply start feeling grateful for a healthy body and our focus on health would increase our health. We all are here to have a happy and abundant life but our focus decides what we would have.

Article 20: Love what you want in life instead of hating what you do not want in your life.

One gentleman was always worried about his family situation and he always used to think that how he could escape. He was under all the pressure and frustration. He said that there was no way out! I told him that there is a way out but do not try to escape. After that I asked him so what do you want? He replied that he did not want to be with his family. He said that he was living with his brother and his wife did not treat him properly. But because of family circumstances he had to live with them. However, he was tired of daily fights and issues. After listening to his story I asked him that where would he live if he was not living with them. He said that on his own. But how would he manage? He said that I haven't thought about that up till now. And I simply said that is why it is not happening to you. He was surprised to hear this. I explained to him, “You have been thinking so much about what you do not want and you are creating so much hatred for same that you forgot to feel love for what you want. So how would you be living”? To contradict what I was saying he snapped and said,” I am working and I earn enough to manage my expenses. I can take a PG initially and then gradually take an apartment.” I kept my patience and asked him, “so do you think you would be happy living in a PG after leaving home”? He said,” I would be peaceful.” I asked him again, “would you be happy and he finally said yes. I asked him to start thinking of him being happy and living on his own rather than not living with his family. Asked him to have an intention to resolve everything with love. Within few days, his brother got new business opportunity and had to shift to new town. His brother asked him to join but he insisted on doing the job. So he stayed back and things happened the way he had thought about. All he had to do was start loving what he wanted instead of hating what he did not want. Another gentleman had problems with his boss and he was so focused on the attributes which he did not like that all the time his energy went into thinking about them. This increased his problems with his boss and he was about to get fired. When he asked for the solution, we asked him to look at the things which he likes in his boss and start appreciating him for same. Initially it would be difficult but if he would make an effort it would happen. When he started focusing on positive aspects things started changing. He also started respecting his boss which was not there earlier. When he started feeling genuine love for his boss, his relation also started improving. Not to say, his job was secure too!

Every situation in life would have both the sides. Often we are so busy in looking at what we do not want, we forget to look at what we want. More we focus upon what we do not want, more we get that. Instead of that, if we start spending our energy on what we want, that would start becoming stronger. Love is our true nature but it is easy to hate someone rather than love. Love takes us to our own highest state but we are busier in going to lower state. It is like climbing mountain would take an effort and coming down sliding would be an easier thing as it would happen on its own. Love is like climbing up and hatred is like sliding down which will happen on its own with our efforts. But the question is do we want to do that?

So focus on what you want with all the love you hold so that it can start coming to you, rather than spending your energy on hating what you do not want. It is like if you have limited 100 units of energy in a day, it is up to you, how you spend them. You can spend them in dreading what you do not want or loving what you want. Where ever you would be spending would be becoming stronger in your life.

Article 21: What you will say in the morning to yourself will direct your day. Get in habit of starting your day with love and gratitude.

Thank you God for a happy and healthy day. That is how I start my day. This thought did not come to me naturally every day. I started practicing and after sometime it comes automatically when I open my eyes. Everyone in my family is down with viral but me. My husband asked me, what you are doing differently and eating differently than us that everyone has fallen sick except you. It made me wonder and I said is it because of my morning affirmation? Every day I say thank you God for a happy and healthy day. He smiled and said of course it would help because he knows the power of intentions and affirmations. The way we start our day will have an impact on us throughout the day. Whatever we are thinking in the morning will send the strongest message to our subconscious mind and it will start directing our day. I remember during a workshop one lady shared that for one year she affirms every morning “Thank you for a great day" and since then her no day has gone bad.

Our intentions can change our lives and outcomes of what we have been doing. Whatever we focus upon comes closer to us. So what we are thinking has a lot of power on our physical reality. When we are in argument, our focus to resolve that argument with love and peace in highest interest of everyone will resolve it in a peaceful way without hurting anyone. However, focus on who shall win will take it to next level. Our focus on health will increase health and focus on disease or fear of disease will invite more health problems. Our intention before starting any work has the most powerful impact on its success. Everyone starts a work with a hope to earn more and be successful. However, sometimes our intentions are bad. One gentleman started business to put down others lost more and went into debts. When you have an intention to put down others, you only will go down. When you will have an intention for everyone's health and prosperity, you will prosper too. So start your day with love and gratitude, and it will bring more of what you will affirm. Article 22: Learn to trust your feelings. Your feelings will guide you in the right direction always. Your emotions are the direct exchange of energy with the Universe.

I was entering into a contract with a training company and something inside me told me not to go ahead with same. However, still I proceeded and signed up the annual contract and paid the amount. They were honest and nice people still nothing happened in one year. The feelings were guiding me to hold back but I did not listen. Two years back, when I started my new project, I was feeling excited and happy and I wanted to start things ASAP. My elated feelings told me, go ahead right away. When I was discussing these things with one of my friends, he shared his experience about feelings as our guidance system. He said that once, he had to go urgently to meet someone and he felt like he should not go. Still he decided to go against his feelings and on the way he had a flat tyre. He looked into the car and he had forgotten to keep the tool kit. He was on a road which was far from any shop. He had to wait for the entire night in the car before he could get any help in the morning. That time he had to accept that his feeling was right and was asking him not to go. Someone calls them intuition, someone calls them our psychic self and there could be many more names for these feelings. In reality they are our direct connection with the Universe and that is how Universe is communicating with us. Sometimes, there might not be any reason behind them, we may feel why do we feel like this, but they are guiding us or let's say they are the direct message from God. Do not mix them with your thoughts, because thoughts are created and lots of times based on what we desire, what we have experienced and many more factors. We may reject thoughts which arise from feelings assuming this is not how we should be thinking. However, we cannot reject our feelings and sometimes they are so strong that they cannot be overlooked also. They have no logic but we would say, “My heart did not agree or asked me to do this”.

This entire Universe is a big energy system and everything is managed with the flow of energy. We are also a form of energy and our energy flows with our feelings. We receive this energy from the Universe when we feel something and our energy is reaching to the Universe through our emotions. That is why when we really miss someone, we find out that he/she had been missing us too. Sometimes we may receive a call too. The reason is simple, there was an energy exchange of energy which we did not see with our conscious sight. So learn to trust your feelings as they will always guide you. Your feelings are direct exchange of energy with Universe. More you start trusting and understanding them, stronger would be your guidance system from Universe. We are communicating with the Universe with our feelings and Universe also is communicating with us through our feelings. Use them as your Universal guidance system too.

Article 23: Every thought of love will heal your body and every negative thought will harm it. More loving you will become, more divine you will be.

One gentleman who was recently diagnosed with Hypertension and Diabetes was feeling very scared of them. I asked him, if it was genetics and he said that no, it was not. However, in last 3-4 years he had been very very tensed and out of tension he has developed these diseases. So he accepted. When I asked him, “What had tensed you so much? He replied, “Oh, business and my children are growing up. My primary concern had been their character and future”. I wanted to confirm and asked the next question, “So you agree that the disease which you see are not the diseases but the symptoms of what you had been thinking.” He was shocked with the statement. He said that, I never thought it like this but when I say that I developed out of stress and tension then it means yes, they are the symptoms and the reason is something else. I asked him the next question, “So if we change the reason, can we change the symptom?” He was confused and asked, “But isn't this irreparable?” I told him that we haven't tried and how can we give up without trying? If something has happened, it does not mean it cannot end and atleast we can stop it from growing further. People have healed cancer and many other terminal diseases so why can't we heal these ones at initial stage? You have just been diagnosed. He was still trying to accept the fact that he had been diagnosed and it had not reached his subconscious mind. He asked what has to be done. I said it would be an experiment from my side too. I know love heals everything, so be in the state of love as much as you can. He wanted to understand so asked, “But how can I do that?” Refuse to be negative and that is first step and feel more and more love. Be with the people and things whom you love most. Do what you like rather than getting into the things which you do not appreciate doing. Say I love you more often and most importantly, maintain a gratitude diary. Keep it handy, keep writing what you feel you are grateful for and keep reading it again and again. Make it more beautiful by pasting pictures and making drawings so that you like to look at it more and more and whenever you would see it, you would feel further elated. He accepted and followed everything very religiously. Within one month he showed tremendous improvement in Hypertension and the journey has to continue after that.

We all are creations of love, created by divine love in his reflection. Any negative thought is taking us away from our true nature and will always create who we are not. When who we are not starts becoming a part of who we are, we start developing an imbalance in our energy system which creates health issues. We feel they are health issues but they are the imbalances in our body and what we see is the symptom. If you treat symptom, it would never be healed, but if you treat the reason, it would start healing. More and more we would start moving to the state of joy, more and more we would be healed. Any negative thought will harm us and every loving thought will heal us. It is up to us, what we want to think and what we would decide to think. More and more loving we would be, more divine we would be.

Article 24: Things happen when you believe in them. Your belief will have the power to change the energy of this entire Universe.

One gentleman was working as a government teacher and he started a new business of Indian ethnic wear. After 20 years he was the owner of a multimillion business, he distributed cars to all his 70 dealers and his daughter got married in a destination wedding where guests were given royal treatment. When asked about his success, he said that I always had a thought that I wanted to do something big and I would do that. Wonderful! One friend called up and he shared his friend's story. In 1997, when he was working as a professor, he used to stand and scream as he wanted to do something big but he was unable to. But today he owns a University in Kashmir. 2 years back, I attended Sandeep Mahesweri's seminar and he said that as a child I wanted to become Tata/Birla and everyone used to make fun of me. However, today he is an established businessman and owns ImageBazaar.com which works with models and is operational in 44 countries. He only had his belief with him. He belonged to an ordinary middle class family and today he is a guiding force for many.

I am not picking up only success stories but what I would like to share here is there difference in attitude which made them achieve what they have achieved. If we can inculcate those things in our attitude, we can reach far ahead.

1. First of all we need to have a vision and without that we would never know in which direction we have to move. We live our lives on autopilot and let things happen on their own. Things change when we take charge of our own reality. So set a vision or a purpose, tell yourself where you want to reach.

2. Have an unshakable belief that I would reach. Your belief would be able to move mountains.

3. Set clear intentions. Do not have mix intentions as it would create chaos inside you and then around you. If you want money, then be clear about that. If you want to achieve a purpose then focus on that. DO not assume that the purpose will bring money. Have the clear intentions.

4. Be prepared to fail and learn, but not to give up. I often wonder about a missing part of upbringing. We are never taught to fail but we do fail. When we fail we have to learn to get up and this is what is most important. Obstacles would be there and we need to overcome them with all the strength we have. Our intentions to go ahead will help us in getting Universal support.

5. We need to keep our focus intact. If we lose focus we would lose the sight of goal too.

6. Make a constant effort every day. It is a land of Karma. Even when God incarnated, he had to do his Karma to get the things done. Do not sit back and wait for things to happen on their own. Do everything you can and you would be supported by the Universe.

7. Have a life of commitment and discipline. Be committed to the commitments you give to yourself and to others.

8. Follow your heart and set own goals. Do not chase someone else's goal just because they are successful in them. You are designed to achieve your goal.

Have a happy, successful and abundant life. You can achieve what you want if you would have courage to set your heart on that.

Article 25: To change your life, you have to change your thoughts first.

Universe is not judging you, it is simply replicating your thoughts. Whatever you are thinking is being sent to the Universe and Universe is responding to that by creating those things in your life. That is why more than your actions, it is your intentions which play the most important role in your life. A person might sit and pray for hours but if he is not involved by heart, his prayer is not done. On the other hand a person who is not sitting for hours but prayed genuinely for two minutes, might be able to send his prayers much faster. I remember reading somewhere that it is an irony that walls of hospitals have heard more prayers than the walls of a temple or a church. I am not debating here, what I want to say is the intensity of thoughts which matters most and we are creating our lives with same intensity. And if we want to change our lives or a part of our lives, we need to change our thoughts which are creating that life. That is where the source is. If you keep making changes around you but internally there is no change, the end result will come back to same with more chaos as the mix thoughts will always create a chaotic life.

A gentleman was going through problems with his wife for last 12 years. He used to feel that he was being controlled always. He went through divorce and then after 2 years he got married again. However, similar thing started happening in his life and he started wondering that is there a problem in him or is it in his wife. Then he recollected he had similar kinds of experiences with his girlfriend in college too. So he had created a pattern in which he was being controlled by his partner always. If every partner is controlling him, then he must be the source in creating it. This new enlightenment made him work upon himself and taking charge of his life. More and more he started taking charge of his life by asserting himself, by stating how he would like things to happen instead of his wife taking charge of him every time, things started changing. He told himself that he does not have to please anyone, he just has to listen to his heart and do what his heart says. In another incidence, a gentleman was going through financial problems for a long time. He was facing them since his child hood and they had reached to his core to the extent that he used to feel I can never make it. It is not necessary that a person who is born with lesser financial means has to stay with that always. People can make it big if they believe they can make it big. However, he started believing that even if he would get a job, he would be fired and he would always have the financial problems. Because of this he did not choose to get married to girl of his choice and married to someone else. He felt he did not want her to go through his financial problems. Finally when he realized how he was creating his patterns, he decided to change. He took charge of his mind and belief and changed that entirely. When he got aware of his relation with his thoughts, he stopped blaming destiny and started working upon his thoughts. His financial situation improved within a year and he was being promoted too.

Outside world is the projection of the mind. If you really want to change what is around you, you need to change what is inside you and what’s around will anyway change. Because what is coming out of source has changed.

Article 26: Change happens when you start observing your reality and you become aware of yourself.

Most of us live on auto pilot in our lives. We let the things happen and we build our thoughts around that. We go through many situations and we store that in our memory permanently. We have bigger store house of negative memories than the positive ones. Though generally painful days are lesser in number than the normal life. However, we are more stuck on painful days, may be because it has taken more energy. Any such memory or fear or any negative emotion stored in our mind cannot create a positive thought. A negative thought will only create a negative life and that is how we keep impacting our lives. We keep repeating patterns as we have been living in those memories. Though we know our thoughts create our lives, what we fail to know is how it is happening and life keeps on moving on autopilot. We keep thinking about same thing again and again and same thing keeps happening which keeps strengthening our belief system too. In that often we keep creating things in our lives which we do not want to happen. However, the only way to change our life is to change the way we have been thinking. That can happen, when we become aware of our own thoughts and which thought is creating which reality. So how do we do that?

Observe your thoughts if you want make a diary of that

Ask yourself why you are thinking what you are thinking

Does it matter now

Is it your belief or is it a temporary situation

Do you want that in your life

If you do not want it, what do you want

How you can get what you want

Increase your focus and use different ways. You can make pictures, talk more about that, initially You might have to think of what you desire forcefully and then it would start happening on its own and then you will see the change around you

Observe the opportunities and be ready for the change. Ask yourself for the guidance. Universe is ready to guide you in different ways like through your intuitions, signs, thoughts and feelings etc.

Your focus on what you want will start changing things from what you do not want to what you want. Your awareness about yourself and your thoughts will start changing the reality. It does not change as it is on auto pilot. However, when you start observing and you become aware, it starts changing.

Article 27: People will talk to you the way you talk to yourself. Treat yourself with love and compassion. Treat everyone else with love and compassion.

One girl went through divorce at a very young age. She had chosen that guy over her family and when the divorce happened, it devastated her. She started feeling that she was not beautiful enough and that is why her husband had divorced her. During the last days of her marriage, he had told her that he is so good looking and she never deserved him. When we go through a painful experience, we start finding all the faults in self and in the other person. She was young, so she found more in herself. She started believing that she was not beautiful and this is how she would talk to herself whenever she would look into the mirror. Whom so ever she met after this incidence made her believe that she is not to be taken seriously and she is not beautiful. They all made her feel that they are obliging her by even being her friend. Such things lowered down her esteem further. After 4 years, she met a mentor, who made her realize the power of thoughts and made her see the beauty inside her. She found out that she had been a great soul, who has been giving to others, helpful and it is the beauty of heart which matters most. She started finding herself beautiful and it started reflecting on her face. She started receiving many proposals and she started receiving many compliments about her beauty which she could not believe. She realized that people were reflecting her thoughts. When she started finding herself beautiful, people also started finding her beautiful. Till the time she was feeling she was not a good looking person, she kept meeting people who made her feel same. She stopped all the negative self talk and people stopped talking negative about her. The way she was treating herself internally, she was being treated externally by others.

People we meet in our lives are our reflection. They will trigger things in us, which would make us realize what we need to work upon inside us. Ask yourself few things:

Would you like if someone is talking bad about you?

Would you like if someone is not smiling at you while talking to you?

If no, then your mind will not like if you are doing same to yourself.

So ask yourself again:

What would you like to hear about yourself?

Would you like when people would thank you?

Would you like to receive more love?

If yes, then start saying those things to yourself and you would see the change around you when you would start believing it yourself. It may take some time like few months as you will be establishing new belief system for yourself. Smile when you talk to yourself and be grateful for such a great person. You are designed by God, so you cannot be less beautiful than sacred beauty of God. Love yourself, so that you can give that love to everyone else too.

Article 28: Whether it can happen or not, it is your choice to believe it and then make it happen.

One person called up and shared his goal. He wants to establish world's number one business consulting. However, he was apprehensive. When I asked why, he said that how can I do that. It is simple, because you desire it. He was baffled with the answer. Go ahead and start working for it. He was in a job at that time. He said that he did not have enough resources to establish the world's number one consulting. But do you have experience and resources to start one? Yes! So do it. He was shocked and said, “What do you mean?” I explained to him that you do not plant a tree. You put a seed into the soil and then gradually when you keep nurturing it, it becomes a tree. You do not establish the world's number one company in one day. You start a business and when you keep nurturing it, it would become world’s number one if that is your desire and if you have faith in it. He asked again, “But do I have it in me?” Anyone who has established something big, had nothing different in him/her other than their pure desire. In fact we all have what we need to get what we want. The only thing is we need to have desire for same. And when we have the desire, we need to have faith that it will be done. Without that, it will not happen. What if I am unable to become one? I asked him back, “What if you are able to become one?” He was further shocked! I told him, “You are losing an opportunity to establish world's number one business consulting by thinking and leaving the idea and asking what if it would not happen. With your resources and experience, you can become one.” I told him further, “So there is an equal probability. It is upto you to choose what you want. You can choose to believe that it might happen or choose to believe that it might not happen.” Then we talked about his past events in which he had believed and they had happened but the difference is they were small as per him and what he was desiring right now was little big for him to think. Finally, he decided to take a chance and started his business. After much running around and everything else, his business has started growing and expanding. He has a long journey to travel but yes he has begun and with every step he is becoming more confident about his vision. He was not feeling confident earlier but as and when he started proceeding, he started feeling more and more confident which would not have happened other wise. It is like, until you jump into the water, you cannot learn swimming and you cannot be confident that you can swim.

With every desire, we all have equal probability of getting it or not getting it. Somehow, because of our fears we tend to choose latter not the first one. However, we can choose for it to happen by believing that yes it would happen. Without believing, we would always keep blocking. So whatever you desire, believe that it would happen. Do not allow any fear to hold you back. If there is a power to stop you, there is a bigger power to support you but both the powers are inside you and it is upto you, to which power you give more space. Go and get it!

Article 29: Ask the question, “Can it get better than this?”

A gentleman went through business losses and he had to sell off his house. He started feeling that nothing worse than this could happen to him. So he started saying all the time, what more bad could happen to him. 2 years later he got into partnership with someone who cheated him for money and others too. He was about to go to jail. At that time he said that he did not expect an answer to what worse could happen to him. He knew then what more bad could happen. This was the answer to a negative question. Reverse of that is also true. One fine day, one lady went for her tuition classes and received the payments for two students. When she was finishing her session she got another call from a gentleman who requested to meet her on the urgent basis. On the way she was supposed to meet someone as his wife was going through a depression phase. During the discussions that lady expressed her interest to do a project with here and she was wowed by the idea. Then she went for the third meeting with the gentleman who had called her up to meet on the urgent basis and that gentleman paid for the entire month then and there only. She was like what is better than this? Can it get better? She said this and started driving back home. When she reached home and opened her bag, she found her lost Rs 1000 note which she was searching for last 3-4 days and she was feeling that she had managed to lose it somewhere on some road. When she found that note, she felt like laughing and asking again, what more! When she asked for what more, her husband called her up and asked her to get ready. He took her out for the dinner date. She ended her day with an abundant and complete feeling.

Universe answers every question we ask without judging whether it is good or bad. Good or bad is the perception of our mind. Universe is not judging our questions, it is just responding to our questions. Whatever question we are asking, the Universe is responding to that in the form of various events and people. Generally, when something bad happens, we get focussed on so much more bad. If someone has fallen sick, we have a tendency to think of worst. One gentleman got a small back pain and he started thinking to an extent that what if he would be unable to walk one day. One person lost a deal in the business and started wondering if he keeps losing like this, he might have to auction his house. He started incurring more and more losses every day. It reached to the point where bank was about to auction his house. He got the answer that yes it could reach to this level. However, it stopped when he stopped asking the question and started believing that yes he could revive. So if we reverse the questions, it will also have the capacity to reverse the answers. One gentleman got paralytic attack. His right side was completely paralyzed and he knew the power of asking the right question. Daily he kept asking, can it get better than this, can it get better than this, can it get better than this. His health showed remarkable recovery and within 10 days, he was discharged from the hospital and he resumed his office within one month. So always ask the positive questions. We do not want to ask the negative rhetorical questions for which we are expecting no answers. So whatever question we will ask we will get the answer.

So ask yourself:

Can my health get better than this?

Can my business get better than this?

Can my relationship become better than this?

Can my life improve?

Can I earn more?

Can my income increase?

Can I be more beautiful?

Can I get a promotion?

How can I get more love?

How can I help people more?

Ask the question and be ready to receive the answer.

Whatever question we are asking in our mind actually describes where our mind is focused. Whatever we focus upon, grows stronger in our lives. Good/bad, positive/negative, whether we want that or not, all is the bifurcation of our mind. Universe expands whatever we focus upon. So when we are asking a question which is taking us towards the negative answers of life, we do need to take a break and think, do I actually want my life to be like this If no, how do I want my life to be like? Chart out a plan or a blue print. Once you have the blue print ready, ask yourself, how do I achieve this and you would start getting answers for that. Like perfect health, money and relationships. How can I get them and what would take me to them. Does not matter where you are in the life right now, what matters is where you want to reach. So always ask the questions which would take you to where you want to reach in life.

Article 30: You can have everything from the world but it might not satisfy you. What will satisfy you is what you are able to give.

There were two sisters, growing up in same environment and had access to same means. However, having access to same means did not make them similar. One was a very compassionate person, helping others and giving in nature. One was greedy and wanted more for herself. She had a huge Almirah full of clothes and many things outside that but still she never felt satisfied. The other one had few clothes but she was always happy. This made the first one always wonder and more jealous too. So she wanted to become like her and always used to take her clothes to wear too. The second one thought it is a sister thing but later on she could feel the jealousy as the first one used to damage them intentionally sometimes. First she felt bad but later on she asked her sister why she does that. The greedy one started crying and said that I have so many things but I still never feel satisfied. However, you have very few, still you are always happy. I wonder what makes you so happy. The second one hugged the first one and replied that because she is not focussed on what more she can get. She is more focussed on what more she can give. Till the time we keep thinking about what more we can have, we would never feel satisfied because it would always give us a feeling of lack. It would always tell us, that I do not have this or that and I need to get this thing too. How can you be happy, when you have a feeling of lack? But when you start looking at how much you already have, and what more you can share with others, you start getting a feeling of abundance. When you feel abundant, you feel happy. The first one asked, so I should give away all my things like you do? The second one replied that it is not required. Because if she starts simply by giving, she might feel bad about giving. What she has to do is, first of all to see how much you already have. Do you need it? Need is different than desire. Then see around people who are happy and do they have it? It means they are happy without them. So your happiness does not depend on you having those things or more and more things. But then what is making them so happy? It is their presence, freedom, freedom from hoarding and the love. Once you realize, what makes you happy, start doing that instead of depending on few materialistic things. Then start giving what you can and you will see the difference.

The first one started working on same and felt like giving after few days. She shared that when she was passing through a slum, she saw few children playing and wearing plastic bags. Though they had nothing but they were brimming with happiness. She felt like hugging them and she went home, got some money and bought clothes for them. When she gave them clothes, they felt so happy and excited that she also started feeling same. Immediately she started feeling immense peace. At that time she realized that this peace did not come by hoarding, it came only by giving. Whatever she was collecting could never satisfy her but what she gave to others satisfied her to the soul.

Our soul can never be happy only by receiving. Receiving and giving are equal parts of life. If we learn to receive and we do not give, our lives explode and we create many blockages in our lives. It is like if we keep inhaling and we do not exhale, we would explode. Our soul starts exploding when we do not give. That is why we feel unhappy. But when we give, we realize that we have so much. This thought process itself puts us in abundant stream and we start creating better and cleaner life cycle for us. It is like cross ventilation is required. If air keeps coming in and used air does not go out, it would suffocate us. So used air has to go out to create space for clean air. When we share, we create space for more and better.

Article 31: Can we dare to love, to forgive and be happy?

One gentleman was organising a party and was very stressed out. I asked him that why are you stressed out and he said that I do not know why I am stressed out. I asked him again that why you are so stressed. You must be happy that you are organising a party. He replied, “Yes, I am organizing to maintain my status in social circle. My company has just won a big contract and it is to invite all the delegates etc.” I asked him again, “So what is bothering you?” He thought over and said that I actually have no reason to be stressed out. On the contrary I have many reasons to be happy and celebrate but still I am unable to do so. So we started talking and it turned out, he was stressed out because of past events. In the past, he have had problems with his business partner. His partner has proliferated funds and many things had happened. He was unable to overcome 20 years old thing. He no longer was working with the same partner but he was suffering internally with same incidences. I asked him if he wanted to be happy and he said that yes! But are you ready to be happy? He could not understand. I explained him, “For that you have to be ready to forgive and love your ex-partner.” He said that I can't do that. I told him, “But then it is costing you your happiness.” He asked me, if I could help him.

Here is what we did that day.

Instead of telling himself that he was cheated and being treated badly, he started telling himself "I have forgiven everything as I know everything happens for the divine reason. I forgive him and love him as we had met and could work together. I release all the negativity and allow love to come in. I love him." He started practicing it religiously and he started feeling the change within 2 days. He felt lighter and happier. After one month he no longer held any negativity inside and he was smiling all the time.

We keep holding lots of things in our hearts without realizing how it is affecting us. Once we sit down and think that how it is affecting us, we would be more than ready to forgive many things. We are doing lots of things at the cost of our happiness and health which is not worth. So forgive everyone, be thankful for the learning and move on. Release all the negativity and give way to love in your heart. Be happy and allow the light of love to spread in your heart and in your life. Lots of happiness is awaited in your life.

Article 32: Always remember only love is real. Love heals everything. Love brings in the new light.

After a workshop for college students two young guys came and asked me that what would be one advice to give to people of our age after your entire lecture. I smiled and said that always believe in love. That's the only real thing and love heals everything. Infact many times I get this question and the answer is same. They were surprised and said that what if someone does not have love in his/her life. Then we would not be alive. Love is not limited to love between a couple or a husband and a wife. You are standing here and talking to me comfortably because you could feel that love. If I would have got any negative emotion for you, would you guys be standing here? And they said no! So you are being loved even beyond measures which you do not realize. Why are you two together? When we came to the college first day, we somehow connected and we became good friends. Now we want to start a business venture also together. So don't you two love each other? They were taken aback. No, love does not mean you have to be sexually involved. You are together and you care for each other. That is love. Would you tolerate if anyone would say anything to your friend and the answer is definitely no. I asked them, “You want your friend to be happy?” They replied, “Ofcourse.” I asked again, “Don't you think it is love?” Love is very vast and it binds the whole Universe together. We are alive, it means we are loved or else we would not have been alive. Love is our true nature and when we choose love above ego or fear then we step closer to who we are and when we go away from love, we go away into the illusion more and more or away from our true nature more and more. So you mean we must choose love? Yes. But what if someone whom we love cheats us? First of all, only love can heal that part. Even if someone is cheating us, in reality there is no one who can cheat anyone. He/she is cheating himself. What others think and do is never in your hand, you have to see what takes you closer to your reality. So the words of wisdom are to believe in love and follow love.

They left and made me smile. People say that a baby is like a clean slate but in reality, everyone is always like a clean slate. You can rewrite a new message on someone's heart anytime but the only thing is you need to have courage to wipe of the old patterns deeply and you need to have the strength to write the new message with love. With love, you can open anyone's heart but with anger of ego you can win but you can't open anyone's heart. If you want to touch someone's heart, love is the only way.

Relationships fail, when love takes a back seat.

Health fails when we give place to negative emotions in our body instead of love.

Life appears like a problem when we do not follow love.

If you want things to improve, start following love.

So be love, follow love and live in love.

Article 33: I am love. I am abundance. I am health. I am happy. I am one with God. Whatever you are adding after I am, you are becoming that. What do you want to become?

Few months back, early morning I had to go through someone's bad mood. It was so unexpected and happened in the morning that it affected me very deeply. I was hurt and was getting deep into negative emotions. Somehow, I was unable to control my emotions. Even if I tried changing my emotions, the event resurfaced externally in one or other form and brought back everything. I know that when I have a negative emotion, it is my responsibility and it would affect me. If I am thinking anyway negatively, it would block only my life. Finally I started a huge healing exercise when nothing was working for me. I started repeating I love you in my mind all the time day and night. Love heals everything so believing in the power of love I started this. First it was a conscious effort and then it started coming naturally even during the sleep. Within 3-4 days, it turned around the things. I was getting loving thoughts for everyone and it started making me feel better and better. It was like whatever I am thinking about, about whom so ever I was thinking I was getting filled up with loving thoughts. If I was sitting with my mother, I was thinking of only past loving incidences and coming times of the future in a loving way. Even for the people with whom I had negative experiences, I was getting loving feelings. Constant repetition of I love you triggered many old patterns of love inside me. Also, because I did not repeat any negative incidence in my mind again, so anything which was not so pleasant at that time did not register in my memory. Infact, I do not remember any thing negative which happened during that time. Something which started because of a negative experience, took me on a whole new journey. Few days back I started repeating I am love and I am one with God. Things changed again and I started feeling surrender to God in everything. I am feeling immense peace and inside I am singing the songs to praise God. It has never happened to me before. It triggered old patterns and memories where I have felt God has taken care of me, he is always doing but there are few experiences which we have in our lives which remind us that he is taking care of us. Suddenly the feelings have changed in every way I am being taken care of. Now, to know this is different, to realize this is different and to constantly feel it is entirely a different experience. It is giving freedom from any kind of worries.

Why did I decide to share these experiences? Because it is about sharing the power of thoughts with everyone. To share that our thoughts are the most powerful tool we have. We have been given the power of entire Universe if we know how to utilize it. Whatever we are putting after I am....becomes the most powerful thing for us. So watch your thoughts. Be careful about what you are adding after I am. If you think, I am a loser, I am a bad person, I am not loved enough, I lack money...this would become your reality. If you would add I am happy, I am abundance, I am health, I am wealth, I am love....this would become your reality because it would change your feelings and your feelings would create your physical reality. So add what you want to be after I am..rather than what you do not want to be.

Article 34: God is my strength, God is my wisdom & God is my love.

One 55 years old gentleman was sharing about his experiences. He has a very hectic life style, which involves lots of physical as well as mental work. In his office he is more active than many others younger than him. So one day one of his colleagues asked him that how does he keep up with everything. From where does he get so much strength? How could he work so hard every day morning to evening and he smiled. He said that every morning when I wake up, I say to myself that God is my strength. God please give me your wisdom and strength to do everything today. I ask to be fair and loving towards everyone. When he was small he heard this during a sermon that make God your strength. He was taught that if you want to make someone your strength, make God as your strength. It got this written on his innocent heart that day and since then he has been following it regularly. He has never faced anytime in his life when he has not felt God's presence and strength inside him. It helped him in growing, being better and happier always. He feels he has been able to help more.

Whatever we are thinking we are creating. Our thoughts are the most powerful tool we got from this Universe. However, it has limited capacity. If you spend that energy in thinking about something which is negative or about others, you are spending that power in something which would not bring anything to you. However, if you start understanding the power which you got in your mind and start using that properly, you can create whatever you want. When we create we feel happier and better. We feel peaceful because we are in alignment with the Universal process of creation. For that we do not need any special strength inside us. We just need to make God our ally in same. When you need wisdom, you can ask god to give you the wisdom. When you need strength, you can ask God to give you strength. When you feel low, ask god to hold your hand and love you. God is never far away. He is inside you just a call away or let's say, when you focus on that, you wake up your own divinity. If you consider God outside you, he would be there to hold you. If you find him inside you, you will wake up to own divinity. Does not matter which path you would follow, you would never be turned down. So make God as your strength. Make him your love and wisdom. He is equally there for everyone. Just that we have to ask for it.

Article 35: When everything can be altered just with your thoughts, it is an illusion. We are living one, creating one, expanding one.

One girl was very upset as she was flying to Germany for a business venture. She was nervous as this was her first out of India travel and first meeting on her own. Up till now, she had been taking a second lead but this time she was the lead. She felt that she did not have enough information too! When she called up, she was shaking up. She was fumbling and mumbling and wanted to prove that she is good for what she was chosen. Along with that she really wanted best for her company. I asked her what she has been really thinking. She said that I hope everything works out fine. I asked again, so you hope? It means somewhere you are feeling it would not be fine! She was shocked. So we followed old Yoga technique. Go into the fresh air and take few deep breaths. Relax your body and tell yourself I am inhaling peace and happiness. I am exhaling all the nervousness. I am inhaling wisdom and success. Do this few times. She felt better after 5 minutes. Now close your eyes and think that how you want this meeting to proceed. How do you want to talk about it after you come back. She explained her success scenario. After one month, when she returned, she had cracked the deal, she received a huge welcome in her office and everyone was praising her. This is exactly how she had thought in her last call with me. She was jumping with joy and asked me, did I actually create it? It happened exactly the way I had thought that day. Periods! Another gentleman who had problems with his brother always used to think that his brother does not like him and creates the situation so that they would fight. He also focused on a loving relation with his brother and created one.

Everything changes with our thoughts and that is why it is a big illusion. The physical reality we are living in does exist. No one can deny its existence. If God incarnated here, how can it not exist? But when the things can be altered by sitting and thinking, it cannot be more than an illusion. What does an illusionist do? He keeps creating with his thoughts and dismantles it. Aren't we all doing same? We can alter the composition of physical reality just with our thoughts and that is why it is an illusion. Things are in your hand or let's say in your mind. Create the one which you desire!

Article 36: You are responsible for what is happening in your life. Instead of complaining, pull your own strings and change what you do not like.

One gentleman wanted to change his job because he had problems with his boss. He said that I wonder when I would get a good boss. I asked him that what are the attributes of a good boss for you and he had to think a lot as he had been thinking too much about what things he did not like in his boss. Whatever we focus upon grows stronger in life and he ended up attracting similar qualities every time he changed his job. This time, I asked him to make a list of the things he would want in his new boss before going for the job interview and feel how it would be to work with such a boss. He closed his eyes and stress was evident on his face. But after sometime, he started looking fresh and he was smiling. I could feel that he was able to create a better work environment inside himself. After two days he had an interview and 2 hours before the interview he again called up. He was nervous. He had all the fears, what if they would not like him, what if he is unable to answer any question. He was again creating a situation which he did not desire. When he was praying that I hope everything goes well, he somewhere believed that it would not. I asked him, how he would like to see himself after that job interview and he said happy and jumping with joy. So focus on that! He went for the interview and came out successfully. He was into business development and before every meeting he started doing same thing. Before every presentation he would sit and focus on how he would like to see himself after the meeting or the presentation. Most of the times, he was very successful and whenever he was not, he accepted that he actually could not focus or he was too preoccupied to focus on the meeting. So his chaotic mind created chaotic results. Bus he believed it to 100% that how he was creating everything with his focus. Not to mention, he had a great boss this time and he enjoyed a great working relation with him.

Things happen in everyone's life. Life does pose different challenges in front of us in the form of people or circumstances. We are here to learn and to overcome those challenges. But even when the challenges are over, we focus so much on them that we end up creating more. We create similar patterns in our life and the things keep repeating again. That is like playing victim of life. However, we forget that we are the power and we have the power in our lives. We can either play the power or the victim. If we would play victim, life would keep playing with us. If we would play the power, the life would happen as per us even after all its challenges. So what we have to do is:

Set a clear vision about life, set personal and professional goals.

Set a clear vision of the relationships we have

Focus on what part of life we like and feel grateful for that

Forgive and release what we do not want and is hurting us

We are creating our reality. More and more we would realize this, more and more we would be able to know our own power and then the power to change it. Change what you do not like.

Article 37: If you do not control your energy, you will be controlled by others. Choice is yours!

When I was 10 years old my granny got paralyzed. She recovered very fast after that, however, watching her during that time became a lifelong lesson for me. She was unable to move her one hand and leg, so either she was moving them herself with the help of another hand or someone else was doing that for her. I could feel her pain. Few things are old but they are always imprinted on our minds. This is one of such incidences.

When I started understanding how this Universe works, I realized that this entire Universe is a big energy system. Even we are a condensed form of that energy. Let's simplify this. We eat food and we get energy. How is this food produced? One tree/plant grows from a tiny seed by absorbing earth, Water, Fire, Air and ether. So our food is made up of all the five elements. Now, energy is never destroyed, it changes its form from one form to another. So food has to be energy to give us energy and if food is energy then all these 5 elements have to be some form of energy to make food as energy. It is like one form of energy is converting into another form of energy. If they are energy then everything in `this Universe has to be some form of energy as everything is made up of all of these things. So this Universe is a big energy system. Now, because it is one Universe we all are connected as our base is same too. It’s like one human body has different parts, we all are different parts of this Universe. But now the question is how this energy is managed?

Most of us live our lives on auto pilot. Things are happening and we are a part of that. We watch our own lives like spectators. But when we start observing things and become more aware, things start changing. This energy is managed with our thoughts and intentions. More focused is our thoughts, more powerful this energy becomes. That is why meditation is so much stressed. Because it helps you in focusing your thoughts, thus the energy which was scattered in so many thoughts, becomes powerful with one focused thought. Now, when we live our lives in auto pilot, we are not managing our energy. If we are not managing our energy then we are managed by some other part of energy like it happens in case of a paralyzed person. But if we take charge of how we want to live our lives, then there would not be any interference. So it is our choice. So what is the solution?

1. Observe what is happening in your life and why

2. Start asking questions

3. Set your own goals

4. Make your own life plan and work on that

5. Have the most determined intentions` for your life

6. Fill up your intentions with love as that will open the channels or else any negative thought will block it.

Article 38: If you can't be grateful for what you have how can you ask for more? Count your blessings now.

My friend gave me a watch as a gift and it was an expensive gift. It was not of my style which I usually wear. Still I was grateful for the efforts she had put in buying that gift and I promised her I would wear that. I did wear that watch a lot. Next time when she saw me, I was wearing same watch and I saw a smile of satisfaction on her face which made me smile too. Next time she took me along and told me the budget and said that she wants to buy something for me. She adjusted her schedule as per me and made sure she could buy something best for me. Now, let's reverse the scenario, I did not like the watch much and I keep that aside saying it is not the usual style which I wear. How would she feel? Isn't it about her thoughts and feelings which she was gifting rather than the real product? What would have been her reaction if I would have kept it aside? Would it have encouraged her next time? I am not looking forward to any more gifts from anyone, but yes who so ever brings, I want to appreciate genuinely the love in that. Why this story was imperative here?

God keeps us giving many things and we keep them aside saying this is not good enough, and we keep asking for more. How would Universe play in that case? If we keep asking daily for new things without appreciating what we have, wouldn't Universe get tired of giving? If we are the Universe and we all are holding a Universe inside us, aren't we creating same thing? If we would get tired of such person, wouldn't God also get tired? Still Universe keeps giving us unconditionally but can we imagine the flow which would come to us if we are living in gratitude. Also when we are in grateful mode, we get into the flow of Universal abundance, as we have a thought process that I already have enough in life. When we start feeling that, we keep manifesting same. However, if we have a feeling I do not have this, we keep manifesting more lack. So choice is ours! I cannot stop myself from sharing another powerful story of gratitude. There was a girl, her mother was supposed to go through surgery. She decided that she would not let that happen. She started thanking God for bringing her mother home and her health and within one week reports changed and her mother came home without surgery. I shared same with another friend whose father was in hospital for many months. He also started feeling grateful for bringing his father home healthier and within 10 days his father came home. Gratitude opens up the doors of the abundance of health, wealth and love. So what are we waiting for? Count your blessings now!

Article 39: God and evil both are our own frequencies. It depends on us where we want to vibrate.

This entire Universe is a big energy system. Science says it was an energy explosion which started this world. Mythology says something else and Bible says something else. However, if we get deep into what everyone is saying, we would discover that everything is energy including our body. Our body is managed by the motion of energy chakras which have same colour spectrum as rainbow which is formed when sunlight is splitted. Sun is the largest source of energy on earth and we all are nourished by same. If we are nourished by sunlight we have to have that inside us. So we too are a condensed form of energy. Now how does energy behave? If we can understand this, we would know how we are influencing this Universe, how we are creating our lives and how and why things are the way they are.

Everything in this Universe is vibrating because it’s an energy system and everything is one or other form of energy. This vibration changes with our feelings. If we are happy we are at higher vibration and if we are feeling low, we are at lower vibrations. At whatever frequency we are vibrating, we start creating and attracting events of same frequency in our lives. If we are at lower frequency then we attract more events of same frequency. Most of the times we are not aware that we are doing so. So first of all we need to understand that we are influencing everything around by the way we feel and think as our energy is managed with our thoughts which have emotions attached. Because it is our own feelings and thoughts, we become responsible for what is happening in our lives.

Now, another thing which is important to understand here is that when we can influence entire Universe with the power of our thoughts and energy, then there are two things, we are a part of the Universe and this Universe is also a part of us. We are vibrating inside the Universe and this Universe is vibrating inside us. We influence Universe and Universe influences us like others are influencing us. It depends who is influencing more strongly. When Universe is vibrating inside us, whatever is there in this Universe also is vibrating inside us. So all the Good and bad, God and evil, past and future, everything is vibrating inside us. If everything is happening inside us, then it depends on us what we choose. But how can we choose?

First of all we need to start observing. Once we start observing and start becoming more aware of what is happening inside us and around us, it becomes easy for us to choose. So be aware of your own presence and choose your presence. Once you start becoming aware, you will be able to vibrate where you desire which means creating a life which you desire.

Article 40: When you start observing your thoughts, your physical reality starts changing.

One girl was feeling bad and totally mad at her boss. They had been working for many years together. They really were a team but lately the team had expanded and they got many ego clashes. Her boss had supported her a lot in her highs and lows but few recent events at office made her stand against him and their beautiful relationship was falling apart. She was angry and feeling bad about him. I asked her if she trusts him and she said no! Then we recalled many past incidences in which she was supported by her boss. She agreed that after her family if there is anyone who had supported her was her boss. I asked her to trust him and he would trust her too. She asked me how it could be possible. Well, whatever we are thinking and feeling, manages our energy and when our feelings change our energy changes too. Which starts reflecting and same vibes are transmitted to the other person. Which eventually changes things around us. We talked for more than an hour and we discussed only good things about her boss. That day they had clashes all day but next day they started their day by laughing their heads off. She was being appreciated and her relationship immediately improved. When she observed her feelings and changed them to the positive ones, her relationship with her boss changed. She did not have to take charge of the office situation or her boss. All she had to do was to take charge of her own thoughts. When she started observing them, things started happening the way she would want them.

She tried it many times and every time it worked. If it worked for her, it would work for everyone else too. However, the key is to understand how we are creating our reality. Whatever we are thinking is getting spread. It is reaching to the person and to this world. Everyone is a part of one big Universe and we all are connected. So we start influencing everything with our thoughts and actions. If we are influencing, we can change too. So how we can change? If we are influencing by thoughts, then we have to change our thoughts. So what do we have to do for that? First of all, watch your thoughts. Observe and ask yourself, why are you thinking like this. Is it helping you? Observe them and then choose them. Discard what you do not like. Bring in the thoughts which you think would actually help you. If it is not happening naturally, then induce them. Work on your mind, sort it out and your life will start getting sorted. More and more you will stay aware instead of living in auto pilot, more and more your life will be as per you.

Article 41: Start talking about your joys instead of problems.

Sometimes having everything is not enough and sometimes having nothing also can be enough in life. Quality of our life does not depend on the amenities we have but how we feel about life. Few days back, I met a lady who has two beautiful children, a supportive husband and a good business to support. Her husband has given her a choice to do her work or join him or be a house wife. He wants to see her happy and that is his first priority. Still she always felt that her life is a struggle and she could not achieve anything. Day by day she became more frustrated and finally she slipped into depression. She decided to visit a psychiatrist who recommended her pills. Before starting her pills, she decided to discuss with her friend who was strongly against pills. The friend recommended her to start talking only about the good side of her life and the good things about herself and others. Her friend helped her in realizing many good things in her and her life. Initially she had to make a conscious effort but gradually in a month or so, things started changing. Let's say she retrained her mind to see positive things. She started feeling happier and after that her health also started improving. Because of her low emotions, she used to fall sick very often. Now she stopped falling sick too. Because she was happy internally, she could take care of others too, it improved her relationships also a lot which brought her further peace and happiness. Her life turned around in just 3 months. This could happen, when she decided to think about her joys and talk about joys. One positive step had change her life completely.

It is like this with everyone. We like to talk about our problems. We can talk about them endlessly. Somewhere it makes us feel better, makes us feel yes we have been a victim of others and life. People have been bad and we have suffered so much. May be somewhere it satisfies our ego. But does not matter, how much we talk about problems, they persist. Talking and thinking about them would never change them. Infact our focus on problems would increase problems in life. So what is the solution? The first step is definitely to shift the focus to solution. How you can resolve it. Then find out what you desire. Then find out the good things in your life. Be grateful for them. Be grateful for being alive. Once you start looking at the good side of life, the good side would start expanding and your focus itself would change your life. You can decide every day that today I will only think about the good things which my life has brought me. Simply refuse to let the problems bog you down. Refuse to be negative and retrain your mind to feel the joy in life. Retrain your mind to love.

Article 42: Happiness is not about having a perfect life. It is about having a grateful attitude.

One lady complaint to her husband that he never gives her gifts. He bought her a nice dress and then she said that she did not like it. He got it exchanged after understanding her taste but she still did not like it. He asked her to come along and she refused. She started screaming at him that he could not select even one dress for her. The issue brought out many more issues and they did not speak to each other for next 15 days. For him a small gift started an endless fight between them. He finally told her that he would never buy anything for her. A gentleman wanted a job in the company and he finally could get through it. After 2 months he started complaining about his boss's attitude, few other problems like non maintenance of pantry etc.

Life is never perfect and nothing in life is because the person who is trying to see if it is perfect or not, is not perfect. We all want everyone and everything as per us and we feel if everything is not designed the way we desire, it is not perfect. So many times we do not even know what we really want. We are so much focused on what we do not want, we forget what we really want. If we do not know what we want, how would we know what is perfect. Second thing, are we so wise enough that we can create a perfect world which is perfect for everyone? Something which is perfect for one person can be imperfect for another one. So this world and life is created as per what everyone needs. But we all want to be happy so how can we become happy?

Things can never become perfect as per us. Even if we get what we desire, we start finding faults in that because that is how we are designed. If we really want to be happy, we need to see what we already have. We need to see how blessed we are. Sometimes we feel that we do not have a great life, but we are alive it means we have enough reasons to be grateful for. More we look at what we do not have, unhappier we would be. More we would look at what we already have, more abundant we would feel. More we would accept everything inside us and around us, happier we would feel. More we would reject, sadder we would become. If we really - really want to be happy we need to see:

What is there rather than what is not there

What is being done rather than what is not done

Feel grateful for what we have

Give whatever we can….love, money, help, time.....

Feeling of giving is always above feeling of receiving. It makes us realize that we have so much.

If we will focus on darkness the darkness would increase but if we will focus on bringing in more light in our lives, darkness would disappear.

Article 43: You are here to celebrate your life. Celebrate every moment because you are present in it.

I was sitting with a group of friends and one friend was feeling very low. He had just been through divorce and he was feeling sad about the entire situation. Everyone was trying to console him and make him feel better. I asked myself what would make him feel better and I got the answer celebration. It looks stupid to go and celebrate in such a situation but then yes everything else would make him further low. I got up and asked everyone to come along. They asked me why and where and I simply said that we are going to celebrate. They were shocked! Reason? We are alive and we are together. This is what friends are for. We want to smile and we do not want to cry anymore. We are alive and we do not need any other reason to celebrate. We went to a cafe where they were playing live music, we had nice food and one friend got up to dance. Which made everyone smile further. The best part was he was dancing very funnily. He started making faces and the friend who was feeling very low started laughing. Sympathy and words did not make him smile or did not make him feel better. Celebration brought that smile which we all wanted.

Life has all the phases. Few make us feel low and few make us feel high. We do not celebrate enough when we have good phases. We may like to celebrate only on special occasion. But why can’t we celebrate every smile we get and every smile we see. Why can’t we celebrate simply because we are alive? Simply because we are here and we have an opportunity to smile. Why do we have to wait for something special? Why can't we make that moment special by celebrating. Every moment will become special if instead of feeling low, sad, or bad we start celebrating. Why because we are alive. We like to be sad, we like to talk about our sad parts, we like to discuss problems and how we have been victimized by others and life but how about we simply let go of everything and live in a celebration? How would this journey be if we live it with a smile? Wake up every morning and ask yourself what is the reason to celebrate today? May be simply because I just woke up! May be I saw a beautiful flower. May be I saw a butter fly on it. May be I had a nice memory. May be I had a nice dream. May be because I am alive and I do not need reason. Because I want to live my life in a celebration rather than feeling bad about life. I simply want to celebrate because I am grateful to God to give me a life with the journey I have.

Article 44: I am Love, Happiness and abundance. Don't think of yourself as struggles, problems or anything which you do not want.

One lady called up two weeks back and started crying. Why my life is such a struggle? How can I change it? Just tell yourself I have a beautiful life. But then it would be a lie. Let’s say you are already assuming that because you have asked God for help, you will be helped and that is why you are saying yes I have a beautiful life and be grateful for the gift of beautiful life. So what exactly should I do? Wake up in the morning and start your day with a smile thanking for a beautiful happy healthy day. Instead of telling yourself why my life is such a struggle, tell yourself why it is so beautiful. Why do I have everything in life I desire? Why am I so happy? But how would that help?

First of all when you start your day like this, you are setting your intentions for that day. Instead of having a day full of struggles, you are setting a belief that your day would be beautiful and happy. Let's say you are creating your physical reality with what you are thinking. So it is imperative that you start thinking positively. If you are thinking of struggles and problems, you are creating more of that. Within two weeks, things changed completely. She called up again to share that she has been feeling happier and somehow, things have changed. Now when she says she will have a beautiful day, she knows she will have and somehow her day is very beautiful. Now the next question she wanted to ask was, so it means she was creating those struggles and problems in her life every day and the answer is yes. Universe is not judging you. It is just responding to you, reflecting back whatever you are thinking. Your life is a reflection of your thoughts. If you have abundance flowing in, it means you have abundant thoughts. If you have problems happening in you, it means you have many blockages inside your mind which you need to remove. Your focus on problems is increasing your problems.

If it is true for her, it is true for everyone else too. So do not think of yourself as a source of problems and struggles. Think of yourself as happy and abundant. Think of yourself as beautiful. Be grateful for a life you desire and see the life happening to you. Be grateful for being alive. Be grateful for all the love and happiness. Be happy, be beautiful, and be abundant. Be the source of light.

Article 45: Each time you have a positive thought, you create a better life for yourself.

One lady was going to represent her company in a big conference. She was feeling little nervous as she was scared that she might spoil the show. This conference meant a lot to her company and many deals were at stake. Though she had represented earlier but this was different. She was the only one from her company who was present here and she had to manage her show on her own. One hour before the conference, she called up as she was very nervous. I asked her if her fear is going to support anything and the answer is no. When she says I hope everything is fine, she is thinking everything would not be and this is what she has been thinking. So what does she want? She said that I would to be called as a Rockstar when I come back and being applauded. Then close your eyes and think of same. She saw herself walking out of the conference room happy and with a big smile of success on her face. This is exactly what happened when she came out. Another gentleman who has some health issues, did similar thing for his health. He started telling himself that I am getting better every day. He was struggling with the ailment for last 10 years and within a month he reduced medicines and then stopped. His very focus on his health was creating the health condition and his family made him think same every time he tried changing. But when he released his concern for health and focused on being healthy his health started improving. Similarly a gentleman was going through marital problems. He started focusing on being with his family and living with them. They were separated for 5 years. After one year he got united with his family.

We are creating our lives. We are handcrafting everything. We are creating our health, money, relationships and everything we have in life. We may feel that we have no control over the circumstances but in reality we have because we have created everything. However, most of the times our focus is on the problems and the things which we do not want. Our thoughts are the foundation of our lives. So if we have any negative thought, whether it is for self or for someone else, it would create a negative life. If we have positive thoughts, we focus on what we desire, then we would start creating our lives the way we desire. So here is the thing:

Start your day by saying yourself good things

End your day with beautiful messages

Watch your thoughts and refuse to be negative

Focus on what you desire rather than what you do not want

Do not worry about what others have done. Focus on what you can do.

Do not hold others responsible for what you are thinking. Take charge of your thoughts and life and you will be able to improve your life.

Do not live on auto pilot. Observe your thoughts and start creating a positive impact in your life with your own thoughts.

Article 46: Choose to create love. Choose to heal this world. Choose to be in a better world.

One gentleman had visited an ashram situated in Himalayas and he said that he felt so much peace. He had extended his stay at the cost of loss of work and salary. I asked him, what made him do that? He replied that before going there he was feeling very stressful because of problems at home and some issues in office. He was struggling and he was about to visit a psychiatrist as he was unable to handle stress. He felt he might have a nervous breakdown. But then, his friend had recommended to go totally off from everything and take a holiday. He could not afford an expensive holiday so he decided to stay in an ashram. He stayed there for 15 days and he came back all peaceful and rejuvenated. He was wondering what brought that change. He wanted to feel same peace inside here also, so that he is not stressed out in office as well as at home too. As we focus upon peace, peace expands. Here are the things which we had done, which brought change in his life:

Every morning when he woke up, he started telling himself, I am happy, I am peaceful. Thank you for giving me a great day full of love and health. All the work is happening smoothly in the highest interest of everyone. Earlier he used to think about past days problems, who said what in office and he needs to get so many things done.

While having shower, he started feeling that all the negativity is getting washed away and he is getting filled up with new vital life force. He has the energy to do all the work.

While eating food, he started telling himself that this food is nourishing him, everyone in this world gets enough food and he is grateful that he has enough food always. Earlier he was mostly picking on what was being cooked and sometimes even complained about food. He never appreciated when it was good. But now, he was appreciative of food, its taste and his wife who had cooked food for him.

In the office, he started thinking, how his organization can grow, how everyone can be happy and peaceful, whenever he was with someone, instead of finding faults in that person, he simply started blessing that person like, may his problems get resolved, may he stay healthy, may he is always happy.

Earlier he used to be in very competitive mode, so he was busy in, how to stop others, how others should not beat him, how he could earn more. This thought process totally drained him out of energy. But now, he was more supportive of everyone else.

He started smiling more with an effort initially, acknowledging what others were doing for him and respecting everyone's presence in his life. Talking to watchman, peon, appreciating them, asking about their families, sometimes hugging people and few simple gestures.

Initially all this was mechanical but after few days it became a part of him. He saw the change and he saw people around him were happier and peaceful. He could sleep better and he no longer felt stressed. Situation at home also improved. Everyone could see the change and he noticed, people wanted to spend more time around him. He wondered if he was creating everything and now also. Up till now he had been holding whole world responsible but he realized he could contribute to this world in a more positive way. The way he wanted to spend more time in Ashram, people wanted to spend more time with him. With the change in his thought process, he started creating peace in and around him. He started healing people as they were feeling better around him.

What he had done, we all can do. It is all about our intentions and focus. Choose to create a better world. Choose to create a better life. Choose to be light.

Article 47: Always believe something better is there waiting for you.

One gentleman was working as a sales man with a company. His company asked to him to leave the job as it was a high end product and company had to pay him huge commission. He went through the stressful situation but he said that there must be something good in this. Then he got the dealership for same company. He only had one buyer as only government could buy his product some 30 years back. There was no private sector. After few years, his dealership got cancelled and he did not have enough food to eat. His wife was mad at him for not thinking of an alternate product and very calmly he said that something better would be there. After 2 years with 4 friends he established a factory to manufacture the same product. His upward graph started after that. Today he is a very renowned businessman and he always teaches his kids one thing. Something better would always be there. If you are losing something, let it go so that you can create something better. His this approach used to irritate his wife but now she is a firm believer of same.

We all go through many challenges in life and few are really testing. They make us cry and they make us change our belief system. They really transform our thinking process. They make us lose what we have been adoring and we try to hold onto that. Because we have been so emotionally attached. However, we need to let go of few reasons, first we have no option and second thing we need to create space for something better. One lady lost her only child and she did not change anything in his room for 10 years. She did not conceive again. However, after 10 years, finally she said I want something better and she cleared her son's room. Within one year she conceived again. So was she now allowing new baby to come in herself? It seems so. We don’t have any option in life when challenges come in. If we fight, we stand tall, if we run away, they chase us. Now when we have to fight, why can't we fight with a better mental state? Why can't we face everything with a thought process that there must be something better waiting for us? The belief system itself will create better things. We manifest our awareness of who we are. If we live in a depressed sate we would create more of that. If we live in a state with more hope, life would always give us reasons to be more hopeful. More and more I research about what is different with people who have made a better life is the difference of thought process. Universe is equally supporting and gifting to everyone. Our thought process will have the power to create a better life. So always believe that something better is there.

Article 48: Joy of receiving is incomplete without the joy of giving. Let's celebrate joy in its true essence!

A small child was praying for new bicycle from God believing that if he is asking, God is going to fulfil his wish. Who else can be our own Santa other than God? I wondered and asked him, as he asks all his wishes from God, has he thought of fulfilling someone else's wishes? His eyes widened and he looked amazed and said no. So do you want to try that how do you feel when you fulfil someone else's desires? But how can I do that was a small question. I also thought for a while and said that there are many children out there who do not have nice toys. You want something new for yourself, how about we go ahead and share some out of your old toys? He was reluctant and did not want that. But then he agreed as he felt to get his bicycle it was important. We collected his few toys and he was careful not to pick up his favourite toy. But you want something favourite, so you need to let go off something favourite. Then only you would have space for something favourite. He picked up his one toy but was not feeling good. But then we went ahead. We reached to a nearby slum area and started giving toys one by one. He was feeling bad initially as feeling of attachment was visible. He did not want to touch his favourite toy still. May be he would be able to save it. When he was giving the toys unwillingly, the receiver did not smile and did not feel gratitude. However, after 2 instances, the third child smiled and told him that he would share this with his sister too. This made him smile and he happily picked up his favourite one. He gave all what he got with a smile and that time I could feel the real joy of giving on his face. I asked him how did he feel and he told me that initially he was feeling bad but when he saw that they were happy, he also started feeling better. He also realized that he had many things and others could use them better. I asked him, about his gift and he said that it can come and he can wait. It is not urgent. But God was kind enough to give the gift as he received that on his birthday.

It is not about give and take. It is about how we feel when we give. We keep asking for more and more and we can ask. But the joy of receiving is incomplete if we have not experienced the joy of giving. So many times, even after receiving we complain and how would the person or God feel when we are receiving and still unhappy? When we are giving to poors, we expect them to accept without question but why we do not follow same when we are demanding? What if the other person is not smiling while receiving, it erodes our joy of giving too. The joy of giving is incomplete if we do not see the receiver happy. But if the person who is receiving is happy and feeling grateful, that multiplies the joy of giving. Joy of giving is always above joy of receiving. However, they are incomplete without each other. It is not about Karma. It is about having the whole experience. So are we ready for that? Are we ready to play Santa? Are we ready to share what we have? Are we ready to experience the joy?

Article 49: Be love, be peace, be a blessing to everyone you meet.

One 55 years old lady was walking on the road and she saw a teen girl crying. She went up to her and asked her why she was crying. The girl wiped her tears and told the lady that my boyfriend broke up with me. The old lady hugged her and said that one who leaves you is not worth crying for, and she gave her a long hug. When the hug ended the girl was smiling and said that it was such an angelic hug. Saying this, she hugged her again. The girl was better and happier.

We all have an angel inside us. God is present inside everyone. We all can be good and messengers of God. We do not have to be born special. We all are special and our heart would make us more special. We all can do small acts of kindness which will make us better. It is not about how much time we have, how much money we have or how capable we are, it is about how much of peace and happiness we want to share. We all have so much which we do not realize. It is about our intention and focus. It takes few seconds to make someone smile, to make someone feel better not by apple polishing but by genuinely sharing love. We do not have to be very rich to give. With our intentions, we can share. Few days back, I saw a watchman distributing biscuits to small children in slum area. I asked him how much he earns. He said that he earns 10000 Rs and these biscuits cost him, Rs 500 every month. He takes out this small amount and buys 100 packets every month. Every now and then, he gives those biscuits to small children and one packet is sufficient to satisfy their hunger at that time. So beautiful and it costed just Rs 5 at one time. So was it about how much he had or how much he wanted to share? When we see someone doing such small, kind, beautiful angelic things, we appreciate them and we move ahead. But the point is, are we ready to bring out the angel inside us? Are we ready to be someone's angel? Are we ready to be a messenger of peace and love? Are we ready to become someone's blessing?

We worry so much about what people would think of us and we want to look good or we avoid looking bad. But if we look deeper, does it matter? What matters is what we have been thinking. And to have a better self opinion, we need to bring out the best part we have been holding inside. This part is pure love. This part is divine. Let it come out. Be love, be peace and be a blessing. Do not leave someone with the negativity inside you, but leave everyone with the love inside you.

Article 50: You can succeed when you overcome the fear of failure. Does not matter how far fetched your dreams are, when you take the responsibility of putting your efforts, it is Universal responsibility to make them happen.

Yesterday I was sitting with someone who shared a beautiful story of Universal alignment of goals. There was a sparrow who was taking water in her beak and throwing it on land. She was doing it for last many hours and one traveller was watching her doing this. He asked her what are you doing and she said that I am going to dry up this river. He started laughing and asked her for the reason. She said that one big crow has thrown her eggs into the river and she would dry up this river to get her eggs back. He started laughing more and said that, it could never happen. A tiny sparrow cannot win over the river. She replied without even pausing for a moment that it does not matter. Till her last breath she would keep trying. This made that traveller really happy about her efforts. He jumped into the river and got the eggs out. He handed over her eggs and said that, it is true that you could not win over the river but this is also true that your efforts have made me find your eggs. Your sincere devotion to your purpose forced God to make it happen.

This is a story of success which can be learned by everyone. Often we leave behind our goals and purpose by thinking that it is unachievable. We feel "How can I even think of becoming world's number one" We want to succeed but we do not trust ourselves to succeed enough. We feel we are not capable enough and then we ask the big question of destiny! Am I that lucky? YEs! In reality, you are as lucky as you can dare to dream. If you can dare to dream and work towards your dream, there is nothing in the world which will support you. Infact, you will trigger a new cycle of action and reaction. Universal results will be proportional to the sincerity of your efforts. If you sincerely will put in your efforts, Universe will respond back by giving you the results, does not matter in what form it has to come true. Another thing is there are no failures in life. Every effort is a strength building exercise to handle something bigger next time. A baby tries 100s of time before finally he sits or stands. It then falls again and again before he can run finally. Now those trials are failure of strength building exercise for his muscles? Similarly, whenever we start something new in life, we are like a new born baby in that. We have to try many times, before we finally start running. We cannot call them as failures because there are no failures. Every fall is a strength building exercise. It is upto us how we see it.

Go and get what you desire. Do all you can to get it and you will see how Universe will make sure that everything happens. Because the Universe is inside you and your energy will bring the alignment of bigger energy system you are a part of.

Article 51: Everything in our life is a match of the frequency we are vibrating at. If we can learn to manage our frequency we have the power to change our life.

We are a part of big energy system. Everything is one or other form of energy. One form of energy is transforming into another form of energy to change the composition of this Universe constantly. I am a form of energy and you are a form of energy. There is nothing which is not a form of energy. This energy changes its form with our thoughts and feelings and that is why this energy system is a big illusion. It would have been a reality if it could not be altered. Something which can be altered just by observing it is actually an illusion. We are illusionists and we have the power to change this reality without realizing that we have this power. It is like an illusionist is sitting and changing/altering this illusion just with his thoughts. Every energy particle alter its form and reflects different properties when it is vibrating at different frequency. Every energy particle is vibrating and that is how this whole world is vibrating. We all are vibrating and everything else is vibrating. This whole world has own frequency and everything has own frequency within world's frequency. It is like if this world is vibrating at 10, we all are vibrating with in this 10. Whatever has the same frequency vibrates together and becomes our reality. If we change the frequency, whatever would be vibrating at changed frequency would become its reality. If we start vibrating at higher frequency then the other things which are vibrating at higher frequency become a part of reality and or physical reality and people start changing. So if we really want to change what is around us, we need to change our own frequency.

Now, let's understand, how this frequency increases or decreases, so that we can manage our frequency, thus our own reality. Whenever, we feel good, our energy is higher which means we would start vibrating at higher frequency. Whenever we feel low, we lose this energy, means lower vibrations. Now, if we are vibrating at higher frequency, then everything which is at higher frequency becomes a part of this reality. That is why sometimes, when we are happy, everything happening around is good and when we are feeling bad about something we become center of bad events. Nothing changed in reality. Just with the change of frequency, we started attracting things at lower frequency.

So what do we have to do, to keep raising our vibrations?

We need to stay positive!

We need to use more positive words

We need to talk positive

Whenever we feel low, we have to use 100% efforts in changing our feelings does not matter who is responsible for this feeling

This energy starts flowing with our focus. We need to keep our focus on things which we want, so that we become center of attraction for same. If we focus on what we do not want, we become center of attraction for same. Choice is ours!

We have been creating, managing, altering our reality without realizing! Use your power and design your life. Stay higher, stay in love, stay in joy.

Article 52: To choose a path has always been your choice. To create a life also has been your choice. Are you choosing your life?

Most of us live on auto pilot. We do not choose how to live. We often spend our lives in talking about what we do not want forgetting that we have the power to change the reality. Even when we know it, we forget that we can change it. A gentleman who was working at a very senior level went to an altercation with his boss. He reached to a point where he would have to leave the company. He was frustrated and depressed. His fear of losing job was increasing his difficulties. Day and night he had been worried about same. He was worried that what would happen if his boss would fire him, what would happen to his family, what if he would not find a new job etc. For 6 months he was going through this situation and finally he decided to seek help. I asked him, how he would like to see himself in his current job? He thought for a while and said that I have been working in this organization for past 15 years. I have never faced such a situation. That is fine, but what I am asking is, how do you want it to be? He sat and wrote few points. He described that in detail. He wrote further 20 points below that. It took him more than 2 hours to do this. However, by the time he reached to the end, he felt lighter. I asked him to close his eyes and think of having a happy relation with his boss. He could not as he was full of doubts! So we started discussing all the problems one by one and their possible solutions. After 3-4 days of intense discussion, he could find possible solutions to his office problems. Once he felt that he had the solution, he could see himself smiling and happy. After that he closed his eyes and saw his boss hugging him and everything getting resolved in office. His positive attitude helped him in creating a better office environment and improving his relation with his boss. He was on the brink of making a decision and he made one which made him really happy. Earlier he was driven by fear and that is why he was not happy about leaving the job and when he really worked on, what he wanted, he chose his decision with love.

We all go through different situations in life and we need to choose our paths at many points in life. Life keeps bringing us to cross roads. Most of the times we feel that we do not have power and we are the victim. However, we only have reached to this point and to reach there also had been our decision mentally. Somewhere we might have thought that what if we reach to this point, what would happen at that time? So Universe answers the question by bringing us to that point. To choose a path of love or fear has always been our choice. To choose a life has always been our choice. But are we choosing or we are just letting it happen? Are we choosing what we want or we are living on auto pilot playing victim? Are we choosing our lives? Know that you can and you will be able to!

Article 53: Often we think we are not given, but in reality, we are not open to receiving. Center your thoughts on what you want and then surround it with what all you love!

One gentleman said that he has done fairly well in business but he is always one step behind his targets. Even if he has extended his targets, he had been one step behind. I asked him, various option in which he would like to further extend his targets and whenever I tried asking, with one positive answer, he gave multiple negative reasons, why he could not achieve them. Which made me realize that his focus was so much on why he could not achieve and definitely it would block him from achieving what he wanted. Another gentleman who was a construction contractor, did not get enough work and that is why he was not earning enough. He was waiting at home for calls feeling frustrated and praying I hope someone calls. But feeling depressed would never help! Another lady who wanted to improve her relationship with her husband was so much focussed on why it was going bad. We desire lots of things in life but the problem is we think more of what we do not like in life. Now, whatever we focus upon grows stronger in life and if you keep thinking about what you do not want, that would persist. However, if you start thinking about what you want and more ways of getting that, may be you will think of yourself as dreamer at that time, would get you what you want. So this is what we did. We wrote exactly what we wanted in all the cases and then we wrote minimum 12 points around the feelings associated with what we wanted. We repeated everything again and again and we continued doing same. Within few days things changed and they started getting what they wanted. The focus on achieving the targets made that happen. Focus on the feeling of having more work brought in work. Focus on having good relationship improved the relationship.

Now, what changed? First of all our feelings associated with it changed. We are our feelings. If you are feeling good and someone asks you, how are you, you would say I am so good today. If you are not feeling good about something, you would say I am ok or I am not good. When we start focussing on our feelings of being good and how would we feel after reaching to desired state, our feelings change and we start feeling better. Better means first thing higher vibration. Now, second thing is, we manifest our awareness of who we are. So we reach to a state of what we want and feeling of we already have, we start manifesting same. Third thing is, we are the Universe and we have Universe inside us. That is why we have the power to influence everything around us. When we focus on what we want, we activate that part inside us and that part starts receiving our energy, which makes it stronger with every moment spent on it bringing it out to the reality. Same thing happens with what we do not want. So center yourself in what you want and surround it with what all you love with it and how you want to feel with it to achieve what you want. Focus more and more on same to see it happening!
